The staff are great and super friendly. I come in for shatter every now and then and there’s always someone that greets me right away. When they ask what I’m looking for, they direct me to the right person instead of pretending like they know what they’re talking about. Special shoutout to Andrew who was very nice and really knew his stuff.The products are always top notch as well. Everything that has been recommended to me has gone down so smoothly. I will obviously be a returning customer.

Amazing customer service here and consistent new product

I'm so happy The Green merchant is just around the corner from me!There are many other cannabis shops but The green Merchant is by far the best and I am now a fully loyal customer! I will try to make this short as there are so many wonderful things I could say! First most importantly is Customer Service! I personally feel when the customer service is of such high quality, there is absolutely no reason to go elsewhere. I have met many staff members but today sticks out as Simon was there to help me out and found the product he knew what would give me all the benefits I required and have been searching for! Simon, what can I say...I have been in desperate need to get much needed relaxation (as well all do!) In mind and body! So even if they are out of stock of of my product, Simon and the rest of the team will get it in ASAP! So with such wonderful knowledge and service, why would I ever go elsewhere? Thank you Simon and all the Staff at The Green Merchant!

Walked in and promptly felt welcomed in to the store by multiple staff. One was finishing a transaction with another customer, but didn't fail to say hello too. Store was very clean and tidy with nothing obstructing walking space. Lighting was well done in-store and in the product display cases. No extreme lighting transition from a sunny day outside to inside, which is always good. The clerk (I failed to remember his name) asked what I was looking for and knew exactly where it was located in the display case. Very informative and, most of all, passionate about the product he was selling as well. Couldn't help but leave a tip for the first time service. Would highly recommend to friends, family, even people I don't like will hear about how well this place earned my business. Change nothing.

I always shop at the Yonge and Bloor location, they have the nicest staff there and they are knowledgable about the products. Some of us are really struggling with things and everyone there helps and is one of the nicest stores I’ve ever visited. They’ve helped me a lot. The owner is beyond awesome.

Great location and good selection/range of products and their staff really knows their stuff!Victor helped me find exactly what I was looking for and they even had some stuff I haven’t seen anywhere else.Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area, or even going a bit out of your way for it.Totally worth the trip every time.

Great and super helpful staff! We are visiting from the US and had an issue with our product the day before we left, and they issued us a full refund and we're extremely patient and friendly throughout the whole process, could tell they genuinely cared. If we are ever back in Toronto, we will definitely return! Wish the best to y'all!
