Went in as a new client for a colour and trim. Great experience, the stylish did a beautiful job blending my existing highlights. Bonus warm paraffin wax hand treatment and a little goodie bag with samples. I would have given 5 stars but we had a miscommunication about the colour. I didn't say anything at the time because it did look nice. But when I got home and saw it in other lighting I wasn't happy how dark it was. I called a couple days later and left a message with the receptionist but never got a call back. I will go back when I need a touch up and see how it goes. Overall a lovely staff, good coffee, good music and happy vibes. Also very clean!Update: I returned for a cut and colour in December 2022. Liz did a great job and helped me to choose a really nice shade that turned out great. Very happy with the services. I enjoy my time at this salon.

First time there, I booked a cut and colour with Kim. I was greeted promptly at the door, and had a really good consultation about what my goal was for my hair. It felt really good knowing that Kim was willing to work together with me on achieving my goal, and giving me tips and tricks on what would be beneficial for my hair, and what wouldn't be. She was so kind, and has such a bubbly personality ! I learned a lot about my hair, I didn't feel pressured into purchasing or trying products that weren't suited for me or outside my budget and I had a lot of fun. Going forward I will definitely only be seeing Kim for my hair needs, she was amazing! All staff were friendly and all smiles. I felt very welcome and I highly reccomend this place to anyone looking for a really good, relaxing, fun experience.

What an amazing experience!I work in CX Management and am blown away. The girls here treat you with such personalized and attentive service. There are complimentary services and they spend time talking ro you about the products and how it will work for you.Loved the experience and will definitely be back!

I have been coming here for years, no one else will touch my hair. These ladies care about their work, are knowledgeable and fun to visit with. Have been consistently happy with my results and love that they helped me find something that works with my style but also my budget and is lower maintenance for my busy life. Thanks ladies!!

Very disappointed with my $100 haircut. Came in with armpit length hair and requested an all one length bob. During I guess what was my consultation, she asked about the length I wanted (after showing her multiple photos for inspiration) she mentioned having it at the happy medium length between my chin and my shoulders My hair was cut to my chin and it is absolutely not a blunt one length haircut..? Very confused because I had an easy canvas for her to work with. There was no scalp massage and was blow dried for styling... minimal effort.Picture is "styled" by myself"

Always a great relaxing experience at Kickass. The staff always go above and beyond to make a girl feel good! Leigh is always so upbeat, enthusiastic, and down right an amazing human! All you have to do is talk to her about what you are wanting and BAM! YOU GET IT!Love my new hair color!! Thanks Leigh!

This is my absolute favourite salon! They have the most welcoming and positive staff/work environment and go above and beyond to keep their customers comfortable and happy. I just got my hair done Yesterday by Morghan and somehow with my poor way of explaining what I wanted she managed to do exactly what I envisioned, if not even better! A+ and 10/10, I Definitely recommend this place :)

Love this salon. You'll feel as fabulous walking in as you will walking out. The front reception staff are always warm and welcoming, and the stylists really know their craft. Kelsey is my stylist, and I love how much she's helped my hair grow back healthy and strong since I started going here. Regardless of who you see, you'll be in good hands as they work as a team and it's great seeing women support and uplift other women.

Okay, where do I even start besides wishing I could give more than 5 stars!? I have never been here before as I live in Edmonton. I am in Lloyd quite a bit, so I decided to book and try a new place. Morghan was great from walking in the door. She went over new products with me and we discussed budget and expenses first, so it wasnt a shock when I got to the till. She kept under my budget which allowed me to pick out some new hair products as well. I have been doing my hair for years and have never had such an amazing experience. She brought me tea while the foils were in and then I had a paraffin wax treatment on my hands while the toner set. The atmosphere was great and loved the decor. The washing station was the most comfy I've ever sat in with the reclining chairs and leg rests and adjustable sinks. The stylists were all super professional and I would recommend this spot to anyone. My before and after photos should say it all. Thank you so much Morghan! I am still in awe ❤
