I am a new pool owner and went to this places after I moved here. I found that they provided very good service and great suggestion on pool maintenance work! I would like to recommend them to every pool owner. Their service is excellent!

This store provides the great service expected from a shop their size. The staff are knowledgeable, easy to find, and always ready to help.

I was hoping to get the option of ZERO star .. horrible service don’t waste your time and money .. Please don’t give your hard earned money to this company once they sell you the pool and take your payment !! Pouf they disappeared can’t get a answer or a email back !! I had to take a day off work to go in store and even then I didn’t get any answers on my purchase. Don’t bother with these people they are making huge profit and no service your just a number … STAY AWAY FROM THEM TRUST ME

I didn't use Aqua-Pro services, our neighbor did, but one of their sub-contractors (Piscine PJB) damaged our basketball system with their equipment. There was no help on their part in resolving the issue. It looks like anyone can get away with anything and they do not care; they washed their hands by providing the name of sub -contractor who operates via his Facebook page and does not respond to any emails or calls.

Bought a house with a 1999 spa and Roc and Alex literrall guided me to fully understand everything in it everything. Best customer experience I have ever had with any company. Bar none including every single major distributor I've dealt with for over 18 years."

I want to thank Hugo tremendously for his exceptional service fixing my hot tub on a cold freezing Friday 22nd December, 2017!!!! I put in a call the day before and spoke to Martin Meloche... what a guy! fantastic, excellent customer service. I got the feeling he was book tight but managed to squeeze me in for Friday and truly Hugo the Savior fixed my hot tub!!!!! I can`t thank you enough for your service... really. For a DIYer these guys gave me the best advice how to fix my leaking pool hoses. I finally have a solid installation with lots of pressure for vacuuming the pool. Don't be shy to ask for help.

great customer service, very knowledgeable staff. I have being dealing with this store exclusively for all my pool needs. We just replaced our pool heater after 11 years, along with sand replacement for the sand filter. the installer Jean-Francois was excellent. Very professional, passed on lots of knowledge and instructions, and very meticulous in his work. He has a easy and friendly atmosphere . Karim inside the store, providing customer service is excellent. He is always professional, polite very knowledgeable in all areas of equipment , and water treatment and equipment. He has given me outstanding advise when I certainly needed it, because I was doing something wrong or something was not working properly. I have also interacted with Rock and Jeremy (both managers) on equipment purchases and follow up questions. Both are very sociable and believe in customer satisfaction. Both offer great advise and dont push unnecessary or expensive solutions. In all I give this store a 5 star. The staff and equipment is outstanding, giving me over 10 years of great service and very dependable equipment.
