100000 reasons I could say avoid this place. Number one being they don't operate legally when your lease is up. In the lease month to month would have been an additional $100. Rent went from 1400 to 1700. Without notice. 2. I was charged legal fees AFTER I gave my intent to vacate. How can you file for eviction when someone legally says I'm moving with no lease to tie them down? 3. They won't warn you or give you the option to renew, which is again, illegal. 4. Even if a neighbor almost sets your house on fire, they won't respond or do anything to insure it dosent happen again. 5. They will NOT fix issues when renting. 6. They don't violate people who constantly block your driveway. 7. They lie about when late fees are applied. 8. They were constantly inspecting my house with no good cause, went well over the amount for turn key inspections" applicable for the year. 9. They say 24 hours on a violation

Honestly with the experiences I have had in the past renting, I was terrified to do it again. I’m writing this review almost a month after moving in (will update again at 1 year), but this park is incredible. It’s clean and well maintained. I have yet to see any unkempt houses or buildings. The park is pretty great. My kids enjoy themselves. There was a bit of trash each time we’ve gone, but nothing crazy, and each time it was a chance to get my kids helping their community and cleaning it up. I haven’t had a chance to check out any other amenities yet. They already have road crews starting since I’ve moved in to repair the roads.My biggest concern is the speeding. I don’t let my kids play outside in the front much because there’s been a few times that people come flying around the corner and I don’t want to risk it. But that isn’t something at fault of the park. I wish drivers would be more courteous.The leasing office was a great experience. They were kind and attentive and answered all of my 10,000 questions and made sure I found a good home for my family.The front desk staff is pleasant and courteous with any concerns.And I have had the best experience I’ve ever had with maintenance when I it comes to renting.I am used to having to wait weeks, sometimes months if at ever things get repaired. Since moving into Westbridge, I have had a few maintenance issues. Each time I have called, they were kind and courteous, and someone was out responding to my concerns within the hour. All things have been addressed to my satisfaction. My kids love the house and the park and I’m looking forward to the memories we’ll get to have here.Thank you to everyone on staff at Westbridge.

Do yourself a favor and just don't move here. The office people are so rude, kids aren't safe at the playground, people practically drag race in the neighborhood down the long streets and pay zero attention, the park NEEDS speed bumps, if you're a renter they come into your house every 60 ish days with less than a 24 hr notice to inspect" your living conditions

FIND ANYWHERE ELSE TO LIVE! I AM LEAVING ASAP!!I wrote my original review over a year ago. Since then the park has only gotten worse. They now expect us to cut grass that is not on our lots or get charged $50 to have a dude on a riding mower fly thru and cut landscaping down and to get to the space between lots. We can't use that area. I have been here for a couple years now. I have a tree from an empty lot (and there are a lot of those) hanging over my house. I've been calling for over 6 months. I get excuse after excuse as to why nothing has been done. When I spoke to the manager months ago she didn't even ask my name. I must be just one of dozens of whining money makers to her.I even asked if I should get someone out here myself. I was told by the rude receptionist they won't pay for it. I'm supposed to just let this thing drop leaves and branches on my roof. Until it does permanent damage to what I own.However if you owe anything it must be paid in blood.I'm going to look into pulling my trailer out of this place. It's not a community. We are just money making suckers, that are supposed to shut up and pay, to the powers that be.

This place is all about money. They keep adding different fees and things of that sort. I am hoping to move soon. I got charged a $30 insufficient funds fee for freaking .10 yes TEN CENTS. There is nothing that no one can do. One person tell you something and then the other person tell you something else.

I've lived here for 20 years. I've had minor issues like car being egged and car broken into. I attribute that to bored teen kids. That can happen anywhere. I've enjoyed my time living here. The pool, hot tub, the gymnasium, and the workout room are all great amenities. I took advantage of all of them. I would recommend any living here. It's a great trailer park to live in.

Rent is too expensive for the quality of the place. We get charged extra just to take out the trash. On top of that, they sent someone to come and cut our lawn and charged us without our consent. Grass was unevenly cut and there were piles of it lying everywhere. And I've also informed them 3 different times that our fridge and freezer is not cooling enough. It's been 2 weeks and maintenance still hasn't resolved the issue. I've had to throw out multiple items from our fridge because they were putrified. Perks are an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a gym, and a playground. But they really need to shape up.

If I could do it all over again, I wouldn’t had moved here. My experience hasn’t been pleasant. Management is unprofessional and not considerate at all and that’s just my experience. I wouldn’t recommend any of my friends of loved ones to move here.Once my lease is over, I’m gone. West bridge has definitely lost a good tenant.

I have only been here a week but I have to say, Laura in sales was great!!Along with the other girls who was there helping us as well.We was in a real bind as far as time, she worked really hard and got us from being renters in another home to home owners in under 30 day's..She has been a great help and very friendly.Thank you very much it has been a pleasure working with you.
