Clinique de Dre Shahidi, Service limité en endodontie.

I had a painless root canal procedure with Dr. Shahidi. She and her staff were very professional and nice.

If I could give negative star ratings, I would. Worst place to go. First, they wait till patient is in the chair before consulting the fees with parent. They don't submit an estimate to the insurance before hand. It's a toss up on price, it's not clear how much it will cost in the end Then, they cancel last minute at end of year without a back up plan. My son is half way through a root canal and now they can only see him in January. Stay away!!!

Dre Shahidi and the team are professional, friendly and service oriented. I needed 2 root canal treatments for severe tooth aches. They were able to see me quickly and safely (during these times of COVID), taking all the safety precautions and only allowing one patient in the clinic at a time.One of my treatments was complex yet both were handed gently and painlessly. After each visit there was a follow up phone call a few days later to check how I was feeling.On top of it all the clinic is well located with their own parking lot which saves any hassle for parking.These kinds of little extras made all the difference!Will certainly return for any future endodontics.

From the get go, when you arrive in the office , I was greeted with big a smile by the receptionist, what a nice surprise compared to some other offices I have been to, after filling out a paper I was asked to go inside, and again greeted by the assistant I believe and then the dentist, after my examination, I was explained how much it could cost, and the treatment that was needed, I must say the dentist, was very gentle, as I am a person who is very nervous in the dentist chair, the assistant assured me that all was fine, and to let the. Know if I needed anything by lifting my hand, I found this very funny, but also reassuring at the same time,what a vote of confidence, I would definitely refer anyone who is a nervous patient as patient to this office.Very polite and easy going, wish I had this staff working in my company, they go way above the basic customer service that we are used to. Thank you so much for making me feel at easy in your office

Dr Shahidi and her team are very proffesional and nice. I have seen her twice and would recommend her services. I received a call from her secretary the day after my treatment, she was simply calling to see how I was feeling.. not very often you see that these days!

I just had root canal Aug 26 2021 my first ever, from injecting the anaesthesia up until now, no pain at all not even swelling, Dre Shahidi was very gentle all throughout the procedure. Highly recommended.

Honestly what a great service from all the personal working at Dr Shahid's office. Starting from Jennifer who is very knowledgeable and was able to help me and guide me since the first time I called to inform myself about the treatment and to get a big estimate.Dr Shahidi is really nice, delicate, humble and knows what she is doing. I trusted her with my eyes closed.I'm glad I came to this clinic I was doubting after reading bad reviews but honestly I don't understand where they come from.Maybe you got the wrong clinic cause Dre Shahidi was nothing like it was described on the reviews.Thank you so much Dre for saving my toothYou have to understand she is a endodontist she's not a magician she will try her best to save your teeths if it's not possible it's not on her if the root is broken there's nothing she can do.Process is clearly explained to you before they start anything.Prices are fair compared to other places I saw before.Thanks again to all the team for everything.Recommended 100%

Worst experience of my life terror I would tremble before entering her office she never freezes my upper palet while effectively hurting me having the clamp fall off numerous times and telling me words i will never forget for the life of me “PLEASE STOP SHAKING SIR YOU ARE MAKING IT AS HARD AS IT IS FOR YOU AS IT IS FOR ME” while shoving a metal clamp up my tooth and making me shake in suffering.
