Greyhound Courier Express

Beware! Buses going to Toronto may be coming from the USA. So expect big delays due to customs. Ours was over one hour late and we missed our connecting bus to Pearson airport in downtown Toronto. We had to find an alternative way to make in time to Pearson. I would not recommend this company if you are going to the airport.

It does not feel safe to wait here. Many homeless people and drug exchangers linger at this property.

just got off the phone from speaking to a silly woman at the St Catherines terminal. the terminal is closed one of these days, and so to my question if it was closed, the 'lady' at the phone says 'If it was closed I wouldn't be talking to you. She has no PR. does she not know that the phones can still be manned even if it is closed? does Gray hound hire these people from the dump? or pays them too little

There was a problem with the computer when I was trying to send my packages. But the service I recieved was exceptional the whole time even with the half hour wait as they tried to fix the issue

If I could give this company -10 stars I would. I can honestly say I've never disliked a company as much as greyhound. Aside from the fact that it's a pain in the ass to even talk to a real human being on the phone, they have 100 different hidden fees for every little think you try to do. I bought a refundable ticket to get home for Christmas and then a few days later I found out that a bus seat had opened up for the day before. So I call them and ask for an exchange only to find out that even though I already paid additional money to get my ticket exchangeable, since i'm trying to do it over the phone they want to tack on an additional 20 dollars to change it. No real reason for this other than the fact that greyhound is out for all they can steal from your pockets. This isn't the first issue I've had with this company and I'm almost certain it won't be the last.My recommendation: If you ever have any other option for travel choose that because greyhound is 100% awful.

Greyhound bus never showed up because it was already full. I had to take a Megabus and VIA train to get home, and then the worst part was in order to get a refund for my Greyhound ticket, I had to either mail it to their office in Texas at my own cost, or go in-person to a Greyhound station (over an hour each way from my final destination). Customer support was useless.I'll never take a Greyhound again.

Simple enough to ship winter tires to my new city.

Over the last week or so I have been shipping My belongings to Victoria BC via Greyhound. The staff have been friendly and very helpful. They have made this move as painless an experience as possible. Thank you to St. Catharines Greyhound staff!!!

Can't even get someone on the phone . was placed on hold for 20 mins . when I tried to call back it just kept ringing .
