My Client/Buyer needed in two occasions to have the Status Certificate reviewed by them before submitting an Offer in order to beat the competition and purchase Real Estate. In a matter of 1 or 2 hours they had the job done by emailing us the conclusions. Very pleasant and never created any excuses or issues to avoid the work. That was my first experience dealing with them and I liked it a lot.

My six month case took a year and seven months to complete and double the listed price. My spouse is co-operative and went in to sign everything, no serving required. The low points in my experience were poor communication and not taking initiative. I would not recommend this firm, epecially if you want things done quickly.
