Under the circumstances that we had to visit the emergency vet I can not say enough praise and compassion the vet gave us. It was time to send my baby boy over the rainbow bridge and the vet moved us to a room where we could have some more time to say good bye. They offered us to have foot prints done by the staff and mailed us a card with the prints in them. I would highly recommend and if I ever need the service again I would not hesitate to return. Thank you for your wonderful compassion and help make a difficult situation more comfortable for my family.

Staff can be a bit grumpy but I think it's just what they have to deal with on the day to day. Took care of my dog, didn't make me feel too too uncomfortable. Best we got I guess.

Staff are kind, knowledgeable, calm and accepting. Our baby beagle is still very vocal but loves them. Always give really clear I instructions on going home.

We experienced the loss of our sweet Lulu, so surreal and unexpected last week. It rocked our foundation as a family and individuals. From the wonderful ladies at the front desk, the kind hearted and empathetic technician, and the Vet who performed her surgery were nothing but amazing. The Vet answered all of our questions with honesty, didn't try to butter things up to make it seem better than what the situation was. She was true to the situation and really made our decision to not let our baby suffer the easiest it could be for such a situation. When I went to pick up Lulu's belongings the following day, I walked in full of tears hardly able to explain why I was there....and the lady at the front desk knew right away who I was and why I was there. She escorted me to a quiet room and explained all of the options available memorial options to choose from. The tech also came in, answered so many of my questions as she was there for Lulu's last moments, she listened to my feelings and assured me we'd done everything on our end as pet owners to give Lulu the best life. They even offered to have the receptionist return with a debit machine in the quiet room to finalize payment right there. From start to finish they were incredible. Thank you ladies for your support during the darkest days ❤️

11 Hours of wait time and still no help received. I took my dog in at 830AM, sat in a small room for 4 hours, no water was provided for Leo, nor did someone check in occasionally. After 4 hours staff asked if I wanted to go home (1.5hours drive) and wait and they would call to bring him in. I asked to just get bandage on for now because he was bleeding and wound was exposed to get infection. They charged me $75+ for bandage!! They told me to go onto the smartvet app and get him on antibiotics asap (thats $135+ for online consult), because she was worried about the wound. We were there early, with a realy bad wound, that the vet was worried about, but not helping us! They called me at 8PM, I missed the call, and when trying to call back it went straight to voicemail, because they were closed. I dont know if they were understaffed, or due to it being a Sunday, or simply just a money grab and they dont care because we have no choice other than to wait.

I was impressed with the care and the service. When my daughter took in her wiener dog to get help, they were open late (1:00 a.m.), cleaned up after the dog after it got sick, allowed us to stay overnight (helpful, as we were from out of town), had free WiFi, and logged us into Netflix to watch while we waited on the test results.

Really impressed. We were seen right away and once vitals were checked and we determined my dog was okay, we werent charged for the triage since we didnt have to see the vet. Girls were nice and helpful. This will be my emerge after hours vet from now on!

As expensive as it was, this veterinary office had to be by far one of the best I've ever been to. They helped my cat, and even though he was in a critical state and had to be sadly euthanized a few days ago, they were still incredibly supportive and very kind. I was broken that day, and the ladies that were there were absolutely patient and incredible to work with. I would recommend this to anyone. I miss my boy, and I love him to pieces, and I'm glad they let me be there for him the entire time.
