I give Luggage City Woodbridge a 5-Star rating and I would give it a 10 if could! I have not experienced amazing customer service like this in a very long time. About a week ago, I was leaving on a trip and on the date of my departure, I realized that I needed more luggage. We had already bought a set here last summer and needed 2 more matching pieces. They had one piece, but not both and I did not have time to go to their other location to buy the last piece I needed. I was not upset, did not complain, and I was prepared to live with that as I was leaving for the airport in 4 hours. A team member there, Shirley, offered to go to their other location asap and deliver it personally to my house. I felt bad and said that this was not necessary, but she insisted. She did just that. I could not believe it - WOW! Who does that today; well I guess Luggage City Woodbridge does. In the last couple of weeks, I also picked up some odds and ends there and also dealt with Jose and Anna - they were amazing as well. What a great store and local business. Thank you!!!

If you go to this location you have to ask for John! He is extremely knowledgeable, very kind and great to deal with. He helped me find the perfect bag for a great price and he broke down every detail and showed me tons of options. Great job John!

Wow! Appreciated and pleasantly surprised by the customer service from Luggage City. I emailed with a question regarding a certain piece of luggage and not only did I get a fast response back but they also went above and beyond helping out with my purchase. My purchase online was completed in minutes and I was provided with a tracking number the same day. Love the fact it is also not a big box store and I am supporting local.

I picked up the 3 piece luggage set for 129.99 and another luggage too for 90. They’re both hardback and 4 wheels and quite durable too! I can’t believe how good of a sale they were having
