Stangl Appliance Repair

This company was amazing! Did a phenomenal job, FAST, and super knowledged! The guy they sent was awesome dealing with a crazed house with kids and us have to go. He was able to read our dynamic and adapt, and got to work FAST. 10 stars if I could give it! We recommend them and will use them again without a heart beat!!

I do not enjoy giving bad reviews, but our experience was just downright poor. We needed to have a leaking water dispenser on our new Samsung fridge repaired. Samsung sent Mr. Stangl to help us out. To his credit, Mr. Stangl did give an effort to fix our water dispenser each of the 5 times he came out, but in the end was unable to figure out the problem. In his attempts to fix our fridge he spilled a fair amount of water over our hardwood floor and made no effort to dry it up until I walked in and saw the puddle of water sitting on the floor and I ran to get towels. He left parts of our fridge taken apart and would then leave for the day, thankfully my husband was able to figure out how to put things back together. Mr. Stangl scratched our new fridge in several places while attempting to repair it. He was generally late in arriving and on two occasions he was a no-call, no-show. And on a personal note, he made a very snide comment to me about my husband, young son, and I watching a movie together as a family while Mr. Stangl worked on the fridge. Overall, I would not recommend this company.
