I had a great experience taking my sons iPhone here. Just when I thought the screen was too far broken, a friend recommended CR phones. I called and made an appointment and they started it right away. They were very quick repairing it and very pleasant to do business with. My son is extremely happy!!! Thank you so much!!

amazing service and I highly recommend! Fixed my sons iPad screen, cell phone screen and my daughters headset wire broke and got stuck today in her iPad and they Removed it in 2 minutes! Don’t go further than Alcona if you need something done. They are hidden in the TD bank plaza at the very back :)

Local business so I wish I had more positive experience. Brought ipad in for screen replacement. Cracked within the hour of repair and it wasn't dropped or anything. Replaced again, had to pay for another screen, and broke again within the day. No abuse or reason. Was told it's my fault though I don't see how. Home button stopped working within a week of that and battery life is terrible now as well. Hope this is a one off but no luck for me unfortunately.

I had my screen protector replaced at need fingerprint sensor would not work and open up my phone I went back they said no these screen protectors do not have a fingerprint sensor in them I looked at the screen protector there was obviously a round circle that was supposed to be for the fingerprint sensor they said no they don't use those sensors it cost me $10 on lot very happy and I won't be back
