I had a very bad experience at this place. I ordered a memorial plaque for my passed grandfather and was told that it would arrive in a week. Two weeks later I didn't hear anything so I went in and it wasn't there. I was told on the Thursday I arrived that it would be there on Friday or Saturday so I went back on Tuesday and it still wasn't there. The service was very rude considering all I'm trying to do is honour my dead grandpa. Please be more respectful to those that have experienced loss and are just trying to get a memorial plaque.

They must be far too busy, as they stopped returning my phone calls partway through the process of getting a headstone for my mother, thereby delaying me by several months. Moving on to another supplier...

We used their services for an address rock at our home, and most recently, a memorial rock for my mother. Diane is kind, considerate, professional and the memorial stone is everything I had hoped for. My mom would be proud.

My mother has rested here for 17 years. Her home has never been unruly, and I am always welcome to sit and visit as long as I like. Just wish I could get thare easier.

Diane was wonderful to work with in the decision making process regarding a monument for our mom. She listened to what our wishes were and offered solutions. They were very patient when we submitted revisions to the design. Thank you for your time, empathy and patience. It was truly appreciated.
