The dedication and care that the team at this location puts into their animals is exceptional and self sacrificing. This store was left with a neglected animal that it cleaned up and cared for while awaiting a local rescue to pick up and re-home. It is disappointing to see defamatory comments made about this store's animal care.

Excellent store, fantastic employees (Taylor)who take pride in there knowledge and care of pets. Our family has been customers for many years and this store is a go to for us. We will be back many times over.

I started shopping at this pet store about a year ago, and I've never had a bad experience. The manager in particular is always very helpful and very knowledgeable about all of the products. I couldn't recommend this location enough!!

Absolutely love coming into this pet store! Staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. Animals seem comfortable in the setting and bedding is always clean! Always a joy bringing my dog in there aswell, he's unsure of people but they are so patient with him! Special shout out to Taylor for EXCEPTIONAL customer service! Will be back time and time again!

AMAZING STORE! Went in last week to look for reptile nutrition guidance as well as terrarium supplies. They greeted me as I walked in the store, check to see if I need help. They were very attentive. I ended up getting jelly pots, super worms, and different bulbs and a reptile hammock. Shout out to the staff they are really friendly and very helpful

I've been a long time costumer of this specific location for quite a few years. I've watched its up and downs over a few years and I have never once been as happy as since the new manager took over.The service I receive has improved immensely, the staff are more knowledgable and personable, as well as the cleanliness of this location has been increased.I highly recommend shopping here I find above and beyond service everytime I'm there.Thank you to the new manager for making it my favorite place to come.

I live in the Fraser Valley and wish Total Pet Salmon Arm was closer! The manager, Jordan, is extremely helpful and personable. The store carries a great assortment of items, many of which I cannot find where I live. 5 stars to a great store - Total Pet Inc. should be extremely proud of their Salmon Arm location!!
