Tanya is amazing!!! She went above and beyond to make sure that my experience went smoothly and efficiently. She even went out of her way to deliver my monitor to me no questions asked. Highly reccomend!! 10/10 service!!!

Great experience buying guitars here. Tj is amazing. Highly recommended. Although you need a proper guitar tech and is love to work for you guys. The guitars are to be honest unappealing to the eye. I could help you sell them faster if interested

let's start at the fact that every single one of the employees has been great with me and shown me the same respect i have shown them!, that's rare in this world! They are a very fantastic team and they're super talkative it's always a great conversation!this isn't your average pawn shop mind you!. these are real people that really care!. I've had bad days and they get it!if I could give a true rating it would be 11 out of 10 Yoshi eggs.if you need a honest reliable pawn or buyback.these are your people.i can swear by that!-Mackenzie.

My husband and I visited Hock stars yesterday and the two lovely ladies working were absolutely the best. There costumer service was excellent. They both went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that we left happy with out purchase. Again ladies thankyou.
