We recently had major pruning and restorative work carried out on our property. I was impressed by the professionalism of Dan and team from first contact to last clean up after 4 days. The results are better than we expected and we will certainly call Bartlett as required.

I have used Bartlett for a number of years now and I've always been very pleased with all the work that they do for me.

This was my first year in using this company. I have an extremely large hedge in my backyard and it was thinning. I was worried about loosing my privacy and it was communicated to me that they would be able to ensure this would not happen with a series of bug applications, fertilizers and even tying it up to make it healthier and help with the bald spots. I was hesitant to spend such an exuberant amount on a hedge, but was willing to do so because of the commitment that was promised me. My hedge has never looked worse. I lost close to half of the hedge, they wouldn't tie it up and provided me with no solutions, just excuses.I am a firm believer that not everything can go as planned, but it is how we fix those situations that separates us from the rest. Anyone can make promises and take clients money, but if they are a company of integrity and want repeat customers, they will make every effort to make it right. That was not the case here. I will not be using them again.

The entire team was amazing. They were very cost effective compared to the other (4) quotes i got. When the work was complete, other than the removed tree i would never have known that work had been done. They cleaned up beautifully. Also, i have 3 dogs and the entire crew were amazing with them. I give them a a 10/10 rating.

Dan is so accessible and offers so much information, we sincerely appreciate it! By far the best arborist we have ever met. He is very professional.Dan was recommended by Bulow Gardens to take out 2 trees and he came over same day to look at the job, after meeting with him we also had him put a strategy in place to treat our garden. Bartlett team may have changed this year. We had a TERRIBLE experience recently. The staff is very unprofessional and rude now. It was so frustrating for us to deal with them. We and none of our friends will of course never use their services again. Bartlett is definitely, NOT RECOMMENDED.

From our consultation with Brianne, to the working team of Mark and Nick, we couldn't have had a better experience. While pruning an Austrian pine away from our home they maintained a safe and tidy drop zone. Mark made working on rigging 30 feet high look easy. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend this team.

You are dealing with a company in Georgia USA not Ontario. They promised a quotation and I have heard nothing. I called and spoke with their office in Georgia and a week later I received a follow up call. “We’ll get back”. Over a week later and still nothing. No offence but this company are not the best with customer service.

Very professional and knowledgable in their trade! They were efficient, courteous and respectful of our property. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for work done to their trees.
