This is how a business should be run. I’ve had so many problems with my door installer, VitreriePros came in and FIXED what they did wrong to my side window. In addition, Wojtek came back and added some flashing to my door’s base panel free of charge! They care about customer service, they follow through on what they say they will do, and the job is done very well and with care.Can’t recommend them enough!

We recently had our bathroom renovated. We called GlassPro simply because of the great reviews on line. We couldn't have been more satisfied with Wojtek. He is remarkable and pays attention to detail. He installed a custom glass shower door and mirror in the renovated bathroom. We also had a custom floating mirror installed in another bathroom. This team was especially thorough and professional, both at the quotation" stage and throughout the actual installation of the 10 replacement Thermo panes. The owner and lead installer was focused in doing the installation well but was also helpful in repairing a problem with a window outside the scope of this engagement. Very pleasant folks to work with and I'd be very happy to recomment them to friends and family."

I was quoted a price over the phone .. We set up a meeting for last Monday on his way home from work .. extended the time as Wojtek was running late .. when he arrives he measures and informs me I need a 3mm replacement mirror not 5mm as he had quoted me, so it will be cheaper. He says he will be back in 3 or 4 days so Thurs.or Fri. to replace the mirror .... that was a week ago ? No call back, no text message, no explanation .. nothing??? NO I would NOT RECOMMEND this company.UPDATE : Wojtek contacted me and corrected the previous service .. care was taken to not damage my frame, deadline and delivery times were respected .. and I am very satisfied with the quality and service. Thank you for making it right.Yes I would recommend this company..
