Want to grab a delicious ice cream? Then you should definitely come to this BR store in Richmond Hill. It’s a very nice quiet store close to many stores; perfect to grab a sweet snack after shopping. Staff are so kind and the ice cream is so good. In summer time they have outdoor seats. Highly recommend this store; they won’t disappoint you.

My dad almost choked on a piece of paper inside an ice cream cone because they were carelessly serving it.I mentioned it to the manager/owner and he said they would give him a. Complimentary cone next time because he wasn’t able to eat after his throat was irritated.I only mention this because today we went back and explained the incident to the manger, yet he said he would only do a 20% discount because he couldn’t verify % really?He had a chance to do the right thing but I guess its about the money at this location and not safety.Please be cautious while eating your ice cream here.

I wish review has 0 star so I could give no star to this place.Yesterday, I went there with my family to order and what we got was barely called ice- cream. It’s more like pistachios milkshakes and no frosty at all.When I returned to the store for exchange two rude teenaged girls, start making lots of excuses to be able to not changing my ice cream and sell new one which I refused.Finally I decided to let it go and came out with frustration and thinking, if I could be treated any worse than this.If the owner looks for improvement, I strongly recommend to train vendors how to do the customer service at this location.I even doubt, they can spell the work “ CUSTOMER SERVICE “

I visited the store on April, one of my friend told me must try the Rum Raisin, is new flavor according to my friend. I remember that day is very busy. The guy who service me I think is call Roger. The shop was bunch of people but Roger is a patient guy, I explain alot and introduce other new ice-cream in the shop. I'm highly recommend you guys should ask Roger to serve you.

Roger is the best staff ever! I live in the neighborhood for years, and every year we come to get all of my three kids birthday cakes. He has always been so helpful in making suggestions and helping me customizing the cakes. We are so glad to have him in our neighborhood Baskin Robins!
