A last minute pick-up of food and litter boxes that we needed for two kittens we adopted! The folks at this location were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.It was really stressful figuring out what my fiancé and I needed but the one girl with brown hair (I wish I asked her name) really went above and beyond to help us out, especially considering it was only curb side pickup.Shout out to this store! You guys rock!

Fantastic service, friendly and always willing to help. The staff went above and beyond when we were running out of our dog food and due to a manufacturer delay they didn't have the dog food in stock. They began calling different stores to see who had a bag left.

I love this pet store! Staff are always so friendly and welcoming and I find they have the best variety of dog items! My pomsky Hiroshi loves going and is always happy to see the staff!

I love the Pet Valu stores as a whole, but my favourite is the Georgetown Guelph store.All the employees are always friendly, greet everyone walking in, helpful.After my heart attack carried heavy bags to my car. Love the convenience of pet groomer too. I got my 2 kittens a year ago there as well.Great loyalty program. Can't say enough!! Love the fact that you are Canadian, family owned! Wishing you continued success.Sandy

I took my dog to get her teeth cleaned on Sunday. I'm am amazed at what a good job they did. My Dog did not allow me or anyone near her teeth to brush them . They were really bad. I was thrilled when they were able to do this. I saved a lot of money as my vet quoted me 1300/1700 dollars to have her teeth cleaned . So thank you from the bottom if my heart for helping me and my maddie out. Will definitely recommend you to all my peeps.

My girlfriend and I came in for some cat toys and food, left with two beautiful cat trees. Price was too good to pass up.The two young women working (Liz, and another I missed her name.) were so helpful, kind, and enthusiastic.A great experience. Will be back.

We visited this store for the first time last night and had a wonderful experience! Andrew helped us pick out a great food option for our puppy and was able to answer all of our questions. Great customer service and we will definitely be back here for all our dog needs!

I love going to this store. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Groomers are top notch. Plus its locally owned! They have every thing we need for our dog.
