Wonderful and super friendly service. I've been taking my car here for years. I know nothing about cars and they are always super patient with me and I trust them!

My car had to get towed and the only place I trust is bourks. This was my first time at this branch and everyone was awesome. My car was able to be squeezed in even though their day was booked solid. Got my car back and I'm happy with the service I recieved. Would highly recommend to anyone!

After very bad experience with the dealerships I asked my friends for advice and they suggested to use Bourk's for maintenance and/or repairs. I made a try and very happy with this shop. I started in Kanata location few years ago, but when moved closer to downtown changed to Ottawa location.You may trust these people, they do not do some job they are not supposed to do and ask to pay for it. More, in my experience was that they said me the price for the exchange of some part, but mechanic managed to repair the part and not only it works perfectly now, but cost me twice less.I just wish they can do whatever dealerships can do (recalls, software updates, etc), because you never now what the will do to your car in the official dealership.I will always go there and suggest it to everyone

My husband and I are new to Ottawa, so it has been just two years with Bourk’s. We are seniors so we have years of experience with car maintenance and repair.Bourk’s has maintained our vehicle, as well as installed and stored our snow tires. We are totally satisfied and confident with the quality and reliability of their service. Additionally their personnel is always cordial and professional. We recommend them fully!

These guys always take good care of us when we need maintenance or repairs done. Dave and his team are a careful to explain everything clearly... just a great team of hard working honest mechanics.

I called Bourks to check the type of collant (yellow one) they would use and the price of changing coolant (including flush). But after the car service, I found they replaced with the green coolant, also the price was higher than I got on the call. The lesson for me is that I should clarify the type of coolant and the price when I dropped the car.

First visit to Bourk's was in June on recommendation of a friend. A/C not working on our Honda Accord. Turned out it was the compressor.They called with an estimate and clearly explained the work to be done.Work completed quickly and for stated price with 12 month/20K warranty which is very good.A/C worked fine until mid-August when it it seemed to be not pushing cold enough air.I booked a return appointment. After a diagnostic and pressure test it turned out to be a leaking O-ring on a joint that had been involved in the compressor install.No charge to repair as it was under warranty!That is a testimonial to their honesty and integrity.I'll be back..thanks!
