Your representative, Alexes Hushlak has been my agent for your company for about 9 years now, right from the beginning of when The Alura was being occupied. He has always been professional and personable and effectively handled any issue that he had to deal with relative to either the tenant or my unit. He always responded quickly at almost at any hour of the day and effectively communicated with me whenever he needed to or when responding to my inquiries. Despite a challenging economic / rental environment in Calgary over many years he successfully kept my unit rented at market rates without any vacancy over the whole 9 years. I found it quite amazing that he was able to do that. Over the years I think there has been many changes to the management, systems and administration support for which it hasn't always been a smooth transition. Despite that, Alexes was exceptional in advising me of the changes and dealt with any questions that I may have had. I think he provided excellent service and should be commended for his efforts. RE/MAX is the first company to treat us with fairness, dignity and respect.Our experience with RE/MAX has been terrific so far. We’re currently renting a property through them. Our representative was Austin, a highly professional and extremely friendly individual. He has an immense wealth of knowledge when it comes to the inner workings of a home, advising us on how to keep our home cool during the summer and warm during the winter months. We were particularly impressed with how honest and up-front he was when it came to answering the hard questions, something that was both refreshing and reassuring for us.RE/MAX has proven to us that they are a compassionate, kind, reliable, trustworthy business and we are eager to continue doing business with them.

Absolutely horrible service from Ilya Raykhlin. After multiple ignored inquiries for a commercial warehouse space, I was unprofessionally told to find a space on Kijiji. 0/5

*BEWARE* John Willams Wade at this remax is dishonest, has a self serving interest.He sells homes with big problems, hides them and tells you every thing is perfect!Go talk to him and tell me you don't get a bad feeling.. didn't trust my instincts, ah well live and learn. I had a bad experience, take time and read the fine print, he is creative at closing the deal, tell you what you want to hear and deliver the opposite. Good luck on finding a good relator I'm sure there is lots of honest ones out there.
