Bean house

I came across Bean House while searching for a nut free Moon cake (which is not common). I have a nut allergy which makes it difficult to eat any moon cakes in shops. When I entered the store my girlfriend and I were greeted by the friendly workers. They have a cozy and relaxing environment. The owner let us sample different moon cakes since it was our first time there. The soup they serve was delicious and flavourful. We got the chance try the mung bean and red bean dessert bars and they were good. Different from your traditional ice cream bars but much more natural and healthier. The moon cakes in general are very smooth, not dry, flavourful and the design is well made. A great gift for yourself or someone you know. Very professional staff and service! Highly recommend if you're in the area or take a drive to this place to have a light lunch and hang out.

I accidentally found the Bean House on Don Mills Rd. I was looking for somthing healthy to eat, and found the most amazing bean soup!.... And I don't even like soup!! It is more thick like Chili and has a nice bite to it, flavoured with good spices. Now I go there all the time! Absolutely excellent!

Food: excellent! Low calories, clean ingredients, no artificial adds, not sweet! Recommend green bean ice pop. Cheap and cool!Service: very good. Friendly cute Chinese aunty~Environment: perfect inside decoration. Easy to parking. Some restaurants around and u can come here to have dessert. But! The location is not very good… seems to only plaza nearby. Better if in DT or YS.

Super healthy and delicious dessert choice! All made with fresh beans, very little sugar. They offer free delivery on orders over $60, and can be refrigerated for a week. My favourites are red lentil and yellow pea cakes, which are the smoothest. Matcha navy bean cake has a strong matcha flavour if you like, pang bean's with osmanthus&adzuki fillings is slightly sweeter.So yummy, definitely will order more once finished!

Interesting store that has an array of bean products, such as cakes and popsicles. The staff here is extremely nice and took the time to introduce the various products that she offers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a healthy alternative

Easily one of the most welcoming and comfortable cafes I've been to in Toronto. The staff is very friendly and the food is top tier! I live in the west end of the city and would very much make the trip over to enjoy a tasty meal here!

Such a nice surprise! Came across this place while looking for coffee. They sell iced tea, coffees and mung bean cake! I think I saw other items on the menu like sandwiches. Super excited to come back. I got a large iced tea and it was delicious. The mung bean cake was amazing. Service was super friendly. So many vegan options!! Highly recommend!
