Tricky to find location, no real obvious sign. Tucked away on side and really it’s a pool supply spot with games on the side. Need much better signage to spot from street. Some decent selection but limited. Prices were varied, some too high and others were okay compared to other game stores.

Water testing is only done if you are willing to spend 400 to 500$ in their store to buy their overly priced pool chemicals. I would not recommend this store to anyone. People get your own pool testing kits and buy your chemicals from other stores or online for less than the 1/4 or even less of the price what they sell their overly priced products for.

I went in this shop today and I asked if there was someone who could help me with hot tub chemicals. The blonde haired girl at the desk said yes and then just proceeded to stare at me. She didn’t say she could, or ask someone else. Just stared. Eventually I figured she meant her and asked for advice on treatments. She talked to me like I was dumb (though I’ve had hot tubs for years and balance them myself) and spoke very sarcastically and acted like I was wasting her time (she was on her phone when I walked in). My husband had a very similar experience with her the last time he was in the store. At the end of it she was zero help, didn’t listen to my needs and I left no further ahead. I won’t be returning.

Love this place, all staff members are very knowledgeable and can answer just about any question about their pool supplies & care. I was having lots of issues with my water levels this year and they were able to test and diagnose the issues within a very short mount of time and had me on my way with all of the supplies to fix it within minutes. As for their game selection, darts and billiards they have just about anything you could think of at reasonable prices! I just love this place, amazing staff.

Great place to go for your swimming pool needs and accessories. Very helpful and welcoming people, and everything was Reasonably priced. There is so much more there than I got a chance to look at, but if you have any interest in quality games or might just be looking for a good Hobbie, this seems like the place to be!Our town is made stronger by the Support of Local Businesses!

It's a great place to go very friendly stuff and knowledgeable I'll definitely go to this place again even though it's too far for me I live in Coquitlam but I drove all the way to go to this place and I like it

I've been here a few times for pool supplies and to check the games. The service is alright (sometimes very friendly, other times they don't seem to have the desire to help). The pool supplies are good. The games selection is reasonable.

This place not only has all the quality in games but fantastic attention to detail when it comes to pool and spa supplies. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Good fair prices! Great for any sports enthusiasts. They definitely know what time of year it is and what you will need. Even picked up a much needed designer puzzel for my neice recently.

After reading the reviews we too had a similar experiences with a woman being completely rude. We had been coming here for years for pool supplies. No issues. This time right away a older woman we never saw before, gave us a nasty look as we walked in. My husband asked if they had any filters and while asking her, he went to go look at some chemicals. She snapped at him. “Where are you going?” Her demeanour did not get better after that. Long story short we left. He said after the way he was spoken to and treated, we are never going back. Have to agree. I was going to say something, but she just seems like she wanted to fight, and Im just not interested in dealing with crazy. Do not know what happened to the nice younger girl that used to work there. The new staff, or maybe new owners..? have issues and do not seem to value the customers at this current time. so we are going somewhere else to buy our products.
