Dr Greenacre and his team are absolutely wonderful. As someone who has had some traumatic dental experiences in the past and anxiety related to going to the dentist because of that,finding Dr G was a true blessing. He takes excellent care of his patients, makes sure they are comfortable and at ease and always offers so much insight and valuable information.

Oh my goodness! First of all Dr Paul Greenacre is a tooth artist who goes above and beyond with his care. He has a great team he works with and they are accommodating and very kind. Can I say I love my dentist! Well here it is I love my dentist. Thank you Dr. Greenacre.Having Huntington's Disease a brain degenerative disease which affects me mentally, physically and emotionally. I need a dentist who is kind, caring and empathetic.This past Friday November 25th 2022, I ended up having an emergency appointment with Dr Greenacre. I had been in pain for about 3 weeks, thought it was an issue with hot and cold and bought some sensodyne but it did nothing. I'm finally sitting in his dental chair and after he does some checking he thinks I might have an abscess tooth not just one but maybe two. He starts doing a root canal on one of the teeth and he couldn't finish it because it was calcified. He said to me I'm going to have to pull 2 of your teeth as they are both abscessed. No wonder I had been in so much pain. I was just happy I knew what was going on with those two teeth and why I was in so much pain. Dr Greenacre and his assistant took such care while taking their time pulling out those teeth. (I had ample freezing) A huge part of why I'm healing so well is because of Dr. Greenacre's years of experience, taking incredible care of people like us who sit in his dentist chair and treat us like gold! I was a client of Dr. G. for over ten years. One of my teeth was broken. He made a bridge on this tooth, and it lasted for a bout two years. He then went on making the second one, and this one also lasted for another two years. I ended up paying twice for the same badly made bridge which lasted for only two years. Now, I'll have to get it replaced for the third time. It was a waste of time and money.He also did some sort of laser treatment on my wife's teeth. As consequence, she now has a gum recession. On top of that, after I decided to move to another dentist, he still owes me $197 on my deposit.

Dr.Greenacre is one of the best dentists I have ever been too. As someone on ODSP it was extremely hard to find a dentist. I’m treated with the utmost respect and the work he does is fantastic. I’ve never had a complaint about him. His staff is wonderful too. Highly recommend.

I have had a lot of dental problems in my life time. I've had over $50,000 work done on my teeth over the course of 26 years between 12 different dentists. Doctor greenacre is the best dentist i've ever had. He is painless. he's compassionate. willing to work with you. he also has a great sense of humor. most importantly he's not there to break your wallet. his pricing is fair.Out of every dentist I've ever had he's the only one actually making a commitment to change my opinion of the dentistry field of work. which before him was quite low.Ive been going to see him for over a decade now. best dentist in canada in my opinion

I went to do dental cleaning,Doctor G was late for 15mins coz he was in another wisdom teeth surgery next door and had to run back and forth to finish that surgery. He was knowledgeable.however the cleaning process was so fast and the whole process was not pleasant for me as he apparently hurt my gum to a lot of bleeding and the most important is that the cleaning was not thorough! I could still feel the calculus when I got back home and managed to clean it myself. It was an very unpleasant experience.compared with another doctor I used to see Saturday who was very gentle and considerate and responsible and took the time to take care of my needs.I will not recommend for Doctor G and will not ever do my dental cleaning with him.

Over my life time I have spent at least $100,000 on my teeth.. I'm 49 sadly upper dentures missing bottom teeth. Chronic headache migrain.. have been treated with Botox for those migrains.. had to fight with my benefits to cover the very expensive treatment that DID NOT WORK.... I was grinding my teeth so bad after a car accident I was in 4 years ago my old dentist pulled the tops teeth out put dentures in and nothing more, he should have fitted me with a night guard.. the cast that fixes the bones the jaw joint that aren't aligned.I have a tramatic brain injury/post concussion syndrome.. I have lesions in my brain found in the MRI.. Fear over took me.. my life as I knew it IS DEAD...Or Was, after seeing Dr Greenacher I have purpose, he said 4 words to me that brought me to my knees ITS NOT YOUR FAULT!!!" After what I've learned from Dr. G...in just my 3d visit today.. I believe in life again

As far as I'm concerned Dr Greenacre is the best dentist in Ottawa! After being turned away from other practices, I called Dr Greenacre in distress and he stayed after hours to see me at his office even though I was a new patient! He cares about his patients and cares about helping people. Professional and knowledgeable, a man of compassion who listens with empathy unlike so many that are ego driven. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the treatment and help I needed! He works hard at maintaining a thriving practice that can meet all your dental care needs! If you need a great dentist, who is as kind as he is skilled, he's your guy!! Thank you Dr Greenacre!

My father and Dr. Greenacre had a barter and trade deal so my sister and I could get braces. We ended up leaving with appliances instead. This wasn't previously discussed so we had some concerns. We got a second and third opinion from another dentist and at the dental care unit at Algonquin college. Turns out we didn't need the appliances and only I needed braces. My father conducted two indoor air quality inspections. One for his house and another for the office. He didn't follow through with all of my father's recommendations, therefore not honoring the deal. He still to my knowledge has not decontaminated the ventillation system in the office or paid my father for the work completed. It would seem the dentist did not plan to include taxes.
