I could not be happier that I used Opencare to find my new dentist. In a matter of seconds, I was matched with a dentist that is literally steps from my home and open during the hours that I am available. I was also able to read many reviews that his other patients had written about him in order to make a more informed decision before switching dentists. Opencare even followed up with me after my appointment to make sure that everything went well. I would definitely recommend Opencare to anyone looking for a dentist.

100% agree with the other reviews. Stay away, they’re scammers and will find a way to not pay you. Customer service is awful too. Terrible experience all round. Have complained to the Advertising Standards board and looking into legal action against them on charges of false advertising. Please feel free to reply here if you’re interested in participating and have also had a terrible experience.

Great experience with Opencare! Found them through Instagram and used the service to find a dentist. As someone who just moved to Toronto and needed to find a new dentist, this service was perfect. It helped me find a good dentist, Dr. Andre Hughes, and the process of booking the appointment was painless. Have recommended to friends who also have liked the service.

I've never had a more thorough Podiatry assessment than what I recently received elsewhere. I've always been hesitant to go to another Podiatrist given my history however this exceeded my expectations by a long way. Gerren spent an hour with me and ran through a complete assessment, explaining everything as he went. I am now running pain free and couldn't be happier! A great location and convenient for those in the downtown core. I recommend to everyone :)

THEY ARE BUNCH OF SCAMMERS...IF YOU ARE BOOKING A DENTAL APPOINTMENT FOR A MINOR, YOU WON'T GET THE ADVERTISED $50 GIFT CARD. THEY DON'T TELL YOU THAT UNTIL YOU WANT TO CLAIM THE OFFER. BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!!!! I CAN BET THEY ARE THE REASON WHY MY DENTAL FEE WAS HIGH TO BEGIN WITH. FAKE ADVERTISING.. THIEVES

OpenCare is a very nice and serious company axed on customer happiness and wellness. I booked my dentist appointment through their platform and I received my $50 Visa prepaid card in the following 10 business days after my visit. They are very honest and prompt in their answers. For example, when I sent them my receipt to obtain my Visa card, the attached wasn't showing properly and they asked me the very next morning to resend it. This is the kind of customer service I love!

I used Opencare to search for a dentist and an oral surgeon. Opencare provided me several options and I'm lucky to have found very competent professionals. From the dentist to the assistants of their office who helped me with the insurance paperwork, I'm very pleased to have found my new regular dentists. After the first visit to the dentist, I have filed for my gift card request to Opencare and received the card within a week. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is that the Visa prepaid card seem to be working only for a few merchants- not Opencare's fault I guess but it lessened my customer experience a bit.

Great experience! I signed up with OpenCare to find a new dentist. The process was quick and simple, and let me choose from several dentists that fit my criteria near my home. I am very happy with the dental office I chose and have been back several times! The OpenCare staff were AWESOME in getting me set up with a reward for using their service and answered my questions quicker than any other company I've dealt with. I highly recommend this service!!

Recommended great dentists, but terrible primary care doctors. I tried to cancel an appointment twice through open care with one clinic and called the clinic and nobody ever got back to me. The clinic gave me an appointment that was 1.5 months later... clinic called me today to let me know the doctor couldn't see me anyway (the appointment was supposed to be today, which i tried to cancel back in June). I reached out to customer care but they just put the blame on the clinic. I understand that OC is a facilitator, but they should probably vet the clinics prior to signing them on. I read reviews for the clinic after going through open care and they were terrible.

Very pleased with my experience with Open Care. The dentist I found through the service is lovely and thoughtful. Only issues I had was I was told I would get sent a link but never did, but once I had communicated with customer service everything got sorted out properly.
