I have been looking around for wheels for my Tesla. I came across Tire Zone on Kijii. I texted the number on the ad. I figured i get a text in a day or so. Actually i got a text within 15 min. I told this tire shop what i was looking for he was forwarding pictures of wheels and different styles that i could choose from. I was very impressed by the knowledge the guy had knowing the wheels what the weight of my car was and the weight of the wheels what they could handle… I believe by the time i think i selected a set of rims within a 1/2hr.. so he quoted me the price of the rims including tax then he proceeds they will be shipped within 2 days. I thought hmm is this for real. So i gave him my email he sent the quote and also had a secure site to pay for them. It was that easy . Tire Zone made it that easy. They were courteous ,knowlegeable, and pointed me in right direction. So i paid and got a receipt and he proceeds to say they will be at my condo in 2 days… So the next day i come home and low and behold the wheels were sitting at my front door .. Honestly i couldn’t believe it!! So Tire Zone is top notch .. they sell not only service but the quality of there stuff they sell is high quality. Would i buy again i sure would. Honestly the best service i have ever gotten from any tire shop’s and i been buying tires and rims for 40 yrs… i rate this busines 5/5… definitely buy again!!

Last week, I hit a pothole and found out the next day that I had a flat tire; which I drove on for about a kilometer to a gas station to fill the tire and drove to work. I took the tire to Kaltire (11 St. SE) close to work and asked if the tire could be repaired. Kaltire diagnosed that the side of the tires had been damaged because I drove on it. I felt the staff at Kaltire were a bit rude, pushy and greedy so I left and called TirezoneYYC, who I had used before to buy wheels.I ordered one new tire via phone (based on Kaltire's diagnosis) and it came in 1.5 business days. When TirezoneYYC went to install it, they found that the wheel was severely cracked (Calgary potholes are really bad this year). The Tirezone team took the time to show me and explain the various problems (including confirming the sidewall issue due to driving the tire flat). The team demonstrated a real depth of knowledge and were very patient with my many questions. My questions turned to understanding options / solutions and the Tirezone team offered several workable solutions but did not push me towards any one decision. I felt like I was the decision makerIn what I would describe as a very classy move, the Tirezone team lent me a wheel so that I could use the new tire that I'd bought, rather than continue driving on my space-saver spare. Suffice it to say that I was extremely impressed with the team. I felt like a person, not a chequebook.I ended up buying three new tires and a new wheel. My space-saver spare tire was also worn as I had driven on the spare for many weeks during covid due to supply issues (and clearly ignored the max tire speed of 80 km/h for the space saver). The TirezoneYYC team helped me source a new spare at such a reasonable price that I was a little shocked. The additional tires/wheel came in 1.5 days and were installed quickly and efficiently.Overall, I don't think I saved a lot of money buying from TirezoneYYC rather than Kaltire; perhaps a little on the spare. But I felt 1000x better about the experience. I felt the Tirezone team were many times more knowledgeable and many times more patient than the Kaltire team. But most importantly, I felt good about the experience because their knowledge allowed me to make an informed decision. I highly recommend TirezoneYYC.

Ive been coming to Ali for years with all my cars, and always had the best experience. Im very peculiar with my setups and he always takes the time to find me the best deals, and the best designs.I genuinely wouldn't trust any other shop with my car, and I will definitely keep coming here for years to come. If you want to get new tires or wheels, definitely do not looks anywhere else!

I personally dealt with Ali.Very efficient, direct & quick service as I was a walk in and they had me in & out in about half hour for tire change.Ali also took the time to give me resources for other car things I had inquire about. Great experience, I recommend!

Really great experience dealing with Tire Zone YYC. Ali & Hussein both went bout of their way to make sure that everything went well...communication is excellent. I don't live in Calgary but the winter wheels & tires I ordered for my MB E450 arrived within days of ordering and were packaged extremely well. Five Star service for sure & highly recommended!
