Shawn acted as a consultant for many of the questions I had in a possible project I was planning on undertaking. He was very knowledgeable on septic, slab laying, foundations, land clearing and all related bylaws. Despite corresponding in a series of over 30 emails, all quotes were free and he was always happy to answer any questions I had!
