I have an iPhone X and my screen broke. Paul fixes it perfectly. It has been over a week and all works perfectly. He is very professional and I also seen his equipment to do the fix. There is no other place in mintreal that can do this better than this place.

I called due to a problem with my iPhone X camera. They gave me a rough estimate time/cost of the repair and I went ahead to see them. The first fix only partially took care of the problem so they got me to come back since the camera was not in stock. They re-opened the phone and honoured the price we agreed over the work even though they were going through twice the work. Great customer service! Great price! The phone is flawless.

My iPhone’s wireless charging abilities were defective and sometimes it would freeze on the lockscreen until i would boot it.I brought my iPhone to see if it could be fixed. They told me that the phone can be fixed. The only issue was the Face ID which was not going to work. I told them that i want to recover my iPhone the exact same way i had given it to them. They gave it back to me in the boot mode with the wire plug image on the scree. I understand why they charged money, but I wish they had told me in advance that they would charge 25$ to put it back together. I was just surprised at the last minute. They did not explain me their terms and conditions in advance.And i don’t remember if the Face ID worked or not prior to giving it to them. As far as i remember, i have no memory of the Face ID not working. And while putting the whole thing back together, i have no proof they’ve put back the same pieces or not since they gave me the phone on boot mode and i couldn’t verify wether the software is in the same condition as before or not. I finally asked him to fix it regardless of Face ID and he said that he would still charge me 25$ before fixing the whole thing up and charging whatever the last price would be.It’s ironic that this fee was not charged the first time they opened the iPhone… I should’ve went to an Apple Store directly. Because of their dishonesty, im turned off on the prospect of coming here in the future.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE. DON'T BRING YOUR IPHONE HERE.Replaced the screen of my iPhone 6. The pieces and screens they use are all FAKE and will break your phone. My iPhone literally shut down 2 weeks later and now it won't turn on. I can't even recover the data that's in it. Very very disappointed.
