Car needed service and was having a hard time finding a place that would do it quickly. Contacted Ina, they were very professional and got us in same week. They had to order a piece that was not available and got that done fast without trouble. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased a vehicle over at Ina a bit ago. Needed some work and got into their service department right away! Phil, the service manager, was helpful and quick to assist. Got in and out within a couple days. They are always honest about prices and make sure you’re comfortable with work that needs to be done before going ahead! Thanks again guys.

I got a nail in my tire and none of the big tire shops were open or they were booking many days out for a simple fix.I pulled into Ina Motors and Drake got me in right away! He was personable and provided a great experience.Highly recommended!

When I unexpectedly needed new tires I had a friend highly recommend Ina motors. I went in that day and was assisted by Drake, parts manager and Tammy. Drake made the process quick and simple. He was highly knowledgeable, assured me he would get my tires in a timely manner. Drake was professional, kind and helped make light of this somewhat stressful situation. Dropped off my truck at 8 am with a broken parking brake and a coolant leak. Truck didn’t even get into their shop until the afternoon. At 3:30 i picked my truck up and paid $400 for them to tell me my parking brake is broken and I have a coolant leak……. Will not be returning.

Went to Sooke for a weekend getaway and our car broke down on a Friday Morning. Called all 4 repair shops in Sooke none could or would help us. Called Ina Motor Service and they took it in right away for us. They quoted us a price on the repair and we had to leave the car there till Wednesday the next week to get the part.They did a great job and fixed it up just as they said at the price they quoted and the overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend these guys. True professionals with big hearts and willing to go the extra mile for you.Thank you for turning a bad time into a great one. We have rebooked Sooke for March to try again and will stop by to say hello. Thank you again for everything.

My vehicle broke down and within an hour Drake, Caidin, and Chris were quick to help even with them having only one mechanic working on all the vehicles. Service was awesome, price was very reasonable, and we had a good laugh. Thanks guys, will be seeing you soon.

The island got hit with snowfall and warnings. I needed to head up island; and needed my tires needed replaced the same day. I made my way through a list of tire shops to no avail; thank goodness Ina Service agreed to fit me in knowing the dilemma i was in! Philip not only came to my rescue- he even had the staff change my oil and filter too! I highly recommend this shop to everyone. So to the 10 or so others who had no problem saying no to helping me.., i say thank you Philip your my knight in shining armour!
