Let me start with the Positive, staff very friendly. I went in today to pay for an order that I was having issues paying on the online portal, I had received an email stating the order was accepted.Something happened on there end and the staff went to get The owner who I did the order through. I was then told I didn't approve the art work yet, I then said I'm tired and he said so is he and he gets up a 5am everyday. Long story short he clearly wasn't interested in finishing the transaction. I asked for my items back and received the box, then proceed to his neighbour to see if I could get my printing done there and Luc followed me in and told me that he does all the printing for them and that he won't print anything for me. Words were exchanged and as I was leaving in my vehicle he came back out once again and told me just because your life is hard not to take it out on him"Hopefully no one else gets treated like I did

Working with Colortex was a breeze from start to finish. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry, and correspondence was always quick and pleasant thereafter. They managed to get the work done quickly (even sooner than expected) as I was on a tight deadline. Quality and price were also on point! Would highly recommend!

If you are a small business looking for print work done, look no further. Nikk and his team are amazing people to work with. They saw my vision and hit it out of the park with no revisions needed. One take - and perfection! Nikk was very welcoming and very understanding of the projects I had pitched. Communication was smooth and easy and they did an incredible job with my hoodies. Colortex was very easy to do business with, reliable, responsive, and did not stop till the job was done right!We had originally used another local business for our screen printing needs for past projects, but this job had so many colours involved, the other vendor suggested alternative printing means. Stubborn, we looked into other printing facilities to see if we could still screen print it. Luckily Colortex could (12 colour max machine), so we proceeded to give them a try.They were wonderful to work with. Pricing was fair, communication was great, and they really made the extra effort to make sure the order was perfect. They arraigned special sizing beyond 2XL, they showed us proofs before printing began and the first run of the printed sweater to insure it was exactly what we needed. Which was great, because there was one small issue, and they didn't stop till it was corrected!Do not hesitate to give these guys a try, you wont be disappointed!

Our business (Yogatown) has used Colortex for over a decade and they've always been incredible to work with.We use them for promotional items and retail items for our clients.They have a wide selection of brands for us to choose from and we've always been able to find items that we and our clients are excited about.The brands they carry are great and their embroidery and silk printing has always been top notch. Not to mention that they've helped out with some great graphic design for us on numerous occasions.We've used Colortex for over a decade and I expect we'll be using them for decades to come.
