To be honest .. they have the penny squishing machine out front and we always get one for our daughter. Went in and bought a pack of gum for the change to spend in the machine..saw many other interesting items and the service was amazing. Thank you for the machine out front and being great people to deal with. Will return!!

Visited here on my honeymoon, had a pleasant experience there, the prices are high but as is all in niagra falls, customer service was great, and have enjoyed every cigar i purchased. Many seem to have negative reviews but its your choice to buy or not. If you know what to look for in a cigar u wont purchase a fake or stale one, and after talking in depth with some of the employees i felt comfortable with all and as previously stated, i have an extensive cigar collection and have enjoyed the ones i purchased. They even said not to buy certain ones and only gave me cigars i said were ok.

Unreliable..many times i need my specialty tobacco and they are not open simply because they decided not to work that day. Also charged me 40$ for something i pay consistently for 36$. Taking my business elsewhere

I think I just got had today... I got a cigar here for 22$ which seemed a bit steep but what ever. Once I got back and smoked that sucker tasted kinda funny. And had some uneven packing also it looks like some one poorly tried to glue on the label. It was a great buying experiance the man was very nice i just wish i had 20$ instead of a half smoked cigar.

This place is a complete ripoff! They sell overpriced cigars and the cigars taste horrible. One of them ripped coming out of the package. Save your money and go somewhere else

The cigar was tasteless and I was charged 6$ more than what the bill was. Also he sold me a lighter without any gas, just imagine the thievery. Never ever buy anything from this store.

Scam: Do not buy cigars here. I bought a couple cigars here and they were fake - obvious by bad tasting tobbaco, poor rolling, and bad quality printing on the ring (can be seen when looking very closely)...

Very strongly suspect a fake 'Cuban' cigar. Awful, but to be fair probably should have known better. No place selling $5.00 leggings and Ruffles Chips should be your go to place for a smoke. Never again. On the plus side the Chips looked delicious. That earned one star.

Regular tourist trap and I’m upset I fell for it. Gave me a run down of his selection, told him to give me whatever his cheapest option was for Cubans, still manages to ring me up for his $34.99 option which I corrected. Unfortunately I saw these reviews after and I suspect these are fake Cuban cigars. Extremely overpriced but it’s expected for a tourist area unfortunately I think these are fakes, buyer beware
