We ordered a whole chicken. I appreciate that the skin was crispy, slightly charred in a good way. The Poule en Feu seasoning was decent, though a bit bland - no real kick to it.However, the chicken was very dry - from the breast to the legs, there’s nothing worse than dry chicken. It’s the reason I pay more and I order chicken, rather than cook it myself - to make sure it’s not dry.Maybe it usually isn’t like this, but the whole meal wasn’t too good because of it.

I used to come here all the time to get le penne Rosé with chicken and it was A GENEROUS amount like 2 ADULTS! And now you pay 20$+ and it's a bowl for children.. disappointed thats all i can say.

Great service from Chadia and excellent food. The unfortunate issue is that the girls bathroom has a strong unpleasant sewage odour that lingers into the eating area.

For not only the price it is a great place to go eat. I ate 1/4 chicken and ribs with fries and was really good. The fries were so fresh and crunchy, the chicken was on point (you could taste the charcoal in it) meaning that was really good and the ribs were great too. I also tried the salmon and in my opinion, it is the best dish you could order. Great ambience and staff, will be going back for sure

I’ve always ordered from La Poule en Feu, but I was pleasantly surprised by the interior… quite the little resto. Food was good as usual, service was speedy & friendly, music was playing a little too loud (but that’s likely an indication that I’m getting old). I’ll be back in person without a doubt.

The food is excellent i have tried almost everything on the menu. The place looks amazing. The staff and the owners are super cool and pay close attention to the details. I strongly recommend this place i have been 3 times in the last 6 days.

Delicious food and great service from Chadia! BUT unfortunately awful smell coming from the women’s bathroom that needs to be looked into. We were sitting near the ladies room and that smell wasn’t very welcoming. Time to look into.

I love this place! the chicken is really delicious and the prices are very reasonable. The interior of the restaurant is great and I love the ambiance with the latin music.

Very well served and food was really good. Portions are big, so make sure to be hungry before you go. Waitresses are very nice, attentive, and the service is excellent. Nice sports-bar vibes and prices are resonnable for the overall experience. Will be going again, highly recommend!
