Canada Bonded Attorney

Extremely unprofessional specially the woman working at customer service ext 60. They keep calling my number looking for someone. I've told them on multiple occasions I am not the person they are looking for and if they could remove my number from their system but I feel they are purposely keeping it. The most recent phone call was today Oct 6 2021 and the customer service rep literally said shut-up and hung up the phone when I asked why they keep calling me even though I've asked them in the past to remove my number from their system. Horrible company to hire for collection. Dont deal with these people. That woman needs to be fired she lacks all kind of professional mannerism.

They do a horrible job. Do not hire them.

sent me a threatening letter in an effort to collect my bill with 407. lacking professionalism and common sense. threatened me with 28% monthly compounding interest.this place will ruin the reputation for 407. terrible company to hire for collections.

This company is unprofessional and very disrespecful. The better Business burough needs to put them out of business. they lie to collect money.

They made a collection for us, instead of the client who has signed the contract. Even in the contract it’s written who is in charge but they made a collection for us. They don’t let me know how I can make complaints also.

Stupid place. I never used my credit card besides for groceries and they say i have to pay 10 grand for some stupid company? Try to scam someone else off losers stop calling me

I received a letter from Canada Bonded Attorney regarding an outstanding bill from the 407etr - I reached out to them to get clarification - I left six messages asking to organize a time to speak and resolve - I finally reached someone who really should not be in any kind of customer service. She continually interrupted me, would not answer any of my questions and was overall very very rude!!! I went back to the 407 to organize payment to them - got a call today from Janine - I explained to her that things have been addressed with the 407 and she then hung up on me!!!! Terrible terrible place

@ Sarah pencharz,i have received similar letter.telling me i owe 407 some money. i asked for which and they gave plate number.which i don`t have such car plates not any member of family has such plates.totally scam

Just got off the phone with an agent or so-called manager name Lorraine she was very rude unprofessional she belittled me and hung up the phone on me three times after I explained to her that I had a disability
