Star Appliance Repair

Our stovetop was cracked/shattered from an accident. Vladislav did an amazing job with our stove, it looks brand new now and he was super friendly! I Would recommend to anyone who needs any type of appliance repairs!

Star Appliance were pros from start to finish. Very easy to fill out their booking form online, received a call to set an appointment the same day, and had the technician (Vlad) out the very next time. Vlad showed up on time, and I was made aware he was on his way prior to arrival. He was extremely friendly and helpful and had our issue resolved right away. Would highly recommend!

I had a problem with my dishwasher and when I called Vlad he picked up on the first ring, came first thing the next morning and after diagnosing the problem, left to pick some parts up and came back within the same day to fix the problem. Easy seamless services. How it should be.

I wish I could give 10 stars!Star Appliance is amazing. My washing machine was flashing 8C but before calling Star Appliance I had another company come to look at my machine.The tech ran 2 diagnostics and told me he couldn't find the problem which meant he needed to replace the computer. He quoted me $400 for the part and then advised it take 10 days for the part to come in. Being desperate to fix my machine I agreed. 2 weeks later and about 5 phone calls asking for an update, I was told the part came in but it was damaged and he didn't know when another would be coming.At that point I started googling other appliance repair and found Star.They not only returned my call immediately, they sent a tech the next day!Andy was so great. Unlike the first company I had here, Andy actually opened the machine to run the diagnostic and told me it was a sensor issue that was common. He took the time to check the machine, expalin the issue and then replaced and repaired the machine on the spot.I was blown away!!!!The tech from the first company told me the issue was my fault for overloading the machine and that's why he couldn't find anything wrong. He then wanted to replace the computer.Andy from Star reassured me it had nothing to do with the amount of clothing in the machine it was a simple wear-and-tear issue that was common.Needless to say, I am so thankful I called Star. They are responsive, efficient and knowledgeable.They saved my machine and the money I almost wasted on a part I didn't need. So thanks you Andy and the entire Star Appliance company.

I called one day....they came the next and fixed my issue within 1/2 an hour. The service tech wad very respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Booking and scheduling process is good but the first time we had someone come for the dryer, they could not figure out the issue, didn't call me back to inform me of their findings, and still wanted to charge for the service visit.Called again for another issue which they fixed for $400, but after they finished the dryer was leaving black marks on all of the clothing. Seems like they didn't put the dryer back together properly. Had to argue with them to send someone back (they wanted to charge again even though the problem only started after their repair and they refused to take any accountability). A second technician came and cleaned" the machine

I cannot begin to express the excellent service I received from Andy. From the moment of my first call to arrival I was in excellent hands. My refrigerator is working like new. He even looked at a few other appliances I had questions about and provided some great advice. A very reasonable price for top notch service. I hope my appliances never break again, but if they do, we will call them

7 y.o. Bosch dishwasher wasn't washing and drying the dishes properly. Sent an email to Star Appliance Repair. Vlad quickly phoned me back, asked for additional information and provided an estimate. The price was reasonable and we agreed. As soon as the necessary replacement part became available, Vlad offered the same day replacement service. In a few hours the dishwasher was as good as new. Much appreciated Vlad's prompt response, professionalism, attention to the details and valuable suggestions. The best in-home repair service we had ever experienced. Highly recommend.

If rating scale past 5 was possible I would give it! Very professional and took the time for a true dianogisitc. Often repair people just walk in, do a 5 minute review then order 1000 parts to do a repair.Vladislav was awesome. Highley recommend them for your repairs.

I have to say, I had a really great experience using Star.The response was quick, the service call was same day. After an assessment of my my dryer, it was determined that a new gas coil was needed, which star had handy at their office. The service man came back the very next day and did a great job. The assessment charge was then used toward my final bill which I considered to be great customer service.Andy was the technician who fixed my dryer. He was friendly, courteous, and clearly skilled in his trade.
