This spot goes way too hard - the pierogies, the sausages along with the sauerkraut, pickles, and sour cream is an epic combination of flavour profiles and textures. As I was sitting outside on the sunny Granville harbour basking in the beauty of the Vancouver skyline, putting these pierogies in my mouth, listening to a man masterfully cover the hit song 'Despacito' by Luis Fonsi, I couldn't help but feel that I had made it. However the schnitzel sandwich was a bit dry don't get that

My experience at the Kaisereck deli at the Granville island public market was an incredibly good one. The staff handled the busy rush of customers with grace and positivity. The woman who made my wrap (and my day) was helpful, accommodating and an expert at constructing wraps. (I unfortunately did not catch her name but she did have a flower tattoo on her left arm). Thank you, it was absolutely delicious :)

Must try sausage and perogies (perogy plate). If you like fried stuff, I would suggest getting the perogies fried. You won’t regret it. If you want it to be more authentic, you can have them boiled. They come with delicious caramelized onions, sauerkraut, and sour cream, garnished with green onions.They get quite busy, especially midday weekend, so be prepared for that.

Surprisingly delicious German/Polish food in Vancouver. This was one of my favorite stalls in the market.I opted for the sausage and pierogis plate with the spicy bratwurst and mixed pierogis. The pierogis are tiny but the plate comes loaded and they all taste authentic. Each dish comes with lots of side options as well so don’t forget the mustards and sauerkraut.The employees here are super friendly and willing to answer questions too!

The sausages were fine and they've got a bunch of different ways of dressing them up. The spicy bratwurst was not at all spicy, though, so a bit disappointed there The schnitzel strips were overcooked and almost burned, and the potato chips were so stale and soft, it would have been better to not even have included them. The poutine was decent and a good enough size to split with everyone.

Got the sausage & pierogi platter. Sausage, sauerkraut and grilled onions were good but the pierogis were just starchy with very minimal stuffing in each. Would skip the pierogis next time.

Located inside the Granville public market. The workers were super friendly and patient. They even agreed to deep fry the perogies for me since they weren't as busy at the time. Service was great!
