Walmart Supercentre

Tell that aggressive Mastercard pusher at the self checkouts to back off already. No means NO. Also every time I scanned something she came to make sure I was using the right codes! Yes, I know the brócoli was crowns not stems, already keyed in as such. (I had worked in produce a few years ago) Also questioned if I had scanned my turkey! Which I had. I tried to give her the receipt, but she declined saying they’d get me at the door!! I was treated as if I was a thief. I shop here regularly but rethinking that choice in the future. I was very upset upon leaving, as I a senior I have never been treated this way before. Most of the staff had been great. My husband had this same confrontation with her the week prior. Relocate her to another area or lose customers.

Has pretty well everything you need at reasonable prices. The newly re-paved parking lot is a nice bonus! The washrooms are always clean and are also newly renovated.

They dont supply bags? The machine even has the nerve to ask you how many bags you purchased when they dont even supply bags anymore. Not going to shop there if I can't get a bag for the items i buy, I'm not an octopus. Better off shopping on Amaz*n.

When you’re bored and living the retirement life this is one of the places to go to get your mind active. Great selection and decent prices. Wait to buy the rollback items if you have patience. The McDonald’s inside the store has most menu items, but can be slow at times. Don’t forget to look at the scenery outside. You’re in Western Canada and this Walmart has one of the best views of Mother Nature.

Very junky store for a newer store, it has really gone downhill over the last three or four years. Cannot find inventory, cannot find an employee to help as they are all milling around chatting with each other hiding out from customers. Shelves are a mess and not restocked, this store is looking like management no longer cares. Need a new Walmart in the WK…..perhaps Costco?

Customer service is horrible. I have now had to deal with the supposed customer service manger (name starts with R) and she is nothing but rude and apathetic. Two people had to tell her she had people on her till for her to come help us, and once she did come she was getting mad and rolling her eyes at us because we wouldn’t put the toilet paper back in our cast while we still were unloading it. All three areas of the cart were still full. And while waiting for a price check she decided to finish our transaction without the item. Without any explanation, she proceeded to serve two customers behind us and when we asked about the item she scoffed and pointed to the customer service and told us to wait there that they would ring the other item through to which the person never showed up to do with the item we ended up leaving without it.

They have everything you could imagine here. Huge parking lot with wheelchair accessible entrance. From light duty tools to fresh veggies they got you covered. The grocery section is big, lots of good deals to be found if you look for them.

Thank you Josh and Noah from the garden center for all of your help loading up the cart and unloading into my car the 16 bags of dirt mulch and manure. It was unexpected and very appreciated!

Terrible service. Went in there to get a product that showed it was in stock, then went there and was told it’s only in stock online and I have to order it that way. So ordered it, waited an hour (for my appointed time slot), to then be told my order got cancelled because they actually did not have it in stock…and only thing I was offered was a sorry. Will never go back
