inPower Yoga

This yoga studio is absolutely amazing! The instructors, the atmosphere, the warmth and the just feeling so welcomed in a space. I can’t say enough about this studio and Sam...she is incredible. I’ve travelled a lot and practice yoga in many different places and this is definitely one of my favorite places to practice. I don’t live in the area but every time I’m in town I make it a point to set aside time to go to yoga!

InPower yoga is an inviting studio with the most welcoming instructors and members. Its for everyone---advanced and newbies. Now I know why my mom has been a member for the last 3 years....and where she got that body from. :) Thanks Sam--I will be back.

With the warm atmosphere, challenging yoga, caring instructors, and guided meditation, this is the place to come for a much needed break from your daily life stress.There are opportunities to join this lovely yoga community that make this practice available to everyone. I give my energy to them, they reward me with classes. They have a Friday night karma class - (everyone donates a small fee to go to a charity) - a wonderfully powerful workout with a feel good vibe. In July, they had yoga in the park (donation appreciated) every Thursday. To celebrate their 2nd anniversary, on SEPT 14, all classes are free!Samantha, and her husband, Kevin, are both encouraging and kind. After I walked into the studio completely defeated by life, they have both helped me heal with gentle suggestions and support. I'm looking forward to their upcoming self-help workshops in November!☺️

I love the community and instructors at Inpower yoga. Everyone is really friendly, classes are challenging yet safely taught with options to modify poses. Instructors provide hands on help with poses when needed. The owners Sam and Kevin are very professional yet down to earth, kind and caring. In my yoga journey so far, this is one of the best studios I've been to. Thanks you guys!! ❤

Samantha is the reason I started my yoga journey. She is so uplifting and pushes you to your physical, mental, and spiritual limits. I love every instructor that works for her. You must try a class to see how good you will feel.

My sister lives in Grimsby and I discovered In Power about 6 years ago when she moved here. I live and work in the Caribbean and have travelled all over the world and done many yoga classes throughout my travels but my favourite place to go to yoga in in Grimsby ON at IN Power. I look forward to visiting my sister so I get the chance to sneak in a class. Thank you for being awesome! Can't wait to be back for my next class and hoping to sneak in some virtual classes as well!

I started taking Yoga here about 2 months ago, and I have to say that I have fallen in love with the studio, the classes, the teachers and the owners. All of the teachers bring something different and special to their classes. I have really seen an improvement in my strength, flexibility and over all health. I have lost about 9 pounds since I started and I can't say enough about how good hot yoga has been for my health and digestion. I highly recommend this beautiful studio- so happy that I have made yoga here part of my life!

InPower Yoga is a wonderful studio! From the community Sam and Kevin have built that you get to be a part of, to the practice of the Baptiste Power Vinyasa sequence that leaves you feeling powerful - it’s an incredible place! I struggle to practice anywhere else because I love this studio so much! Come experience the energy shift I get every single time after practicing here!

Inpower yoga is by far the best yoga studio I have ever gone to! I’ve been going to the studio for 2.5 years and I have never felt anything but positive and amazing energy! All of the instructions are friendly and always willing to help and guide you! Sam the owner is amazing beyond words! She is always welcoming and makes you feel like family! I have never felt anything but totally comfortable to enjoy my practice on my good days and bad! Thank you and I look forward to many more years perfecting my practice at inpower yoga!!!
