A friend of mine recommended this place so I booked an appointment for a pedicure to test it out. I’m very specific about the salons I choose to go to, but this one had really great service and made me feel relaxed throughout the whole process. I didn’t have to worry about anything, I felt very comfortable!! Only downside is that after I left , my nails smudged. I guess it wasn’t as dry as seemed…I was really upset about this, so when I called to book an appointment, they were really reassuring & when I came, they quickly fixed it with no questions asked, no complaints. I barely ever come out of a salon with a smudged nail, but this goes to show how great their customer support is!! Also the ladies are lovely!

I went here a couple of weeks ago, and it was my first time ever getting a manicure (shellac). Bushra and Sajira treated me like royalty with their humour and professionalism. I felt like I had known them for years. Would definitely get another manicure or other service from them in the future, highly recommend!!

Had a lovely experience here!Got a shellac mani with a nice hand massage to end it off. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I will definitely be back!

Update: I have being going to this location since last summer. Just love it. I go every three weeks for shellac removal and mani. Also go for pedicures every couple if months. Also went on vacation end of Hanuary and got waxing on legs bikini and eye brows. Next to painless in bikini area. Least painful waxing in that area I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Janet and all services.Have been twice now for shellac manicure. Janet did a wonderful job. Loved the colours each time. No chipping. Janet is very friendly and good at what she does. Will be back for my next removal and polish. I also had a pedicure done by Treshia a couple of weeks ago. Loved the colour. My feet needed a lot of work. Calluses and hard nails. Treshia did a wonderful job. My feet were in much better shape when I left. Will be back for more.

I got gel nail extensions done with Charm yesterday. I absolutely love my highlighter pink nails! The colour is awesome and my nails are nice and hard/not chipping. Charm did such a thorough job, she's so attentive, she really perfected them. Very happy :)

Possibly the worst experience ever! I've been here before and it was very okay. I get terrible callouses on my feet and need to get them done at least once a month. All the Asian places around me do an okay job but I was hoping that for the price they charge, $60, that perhaps they will provide a better and more in depth service. I called and confirmed if they would take care.of the callouses and they said yes. Right in the beginning the girl hurt me while cutting my nails, this has NEVER happened to me and I have a pretty high tolerance cause I myself dig into my ingrowns to cut them off. The girl who did the service her hands were shaky and she took forever. When I asked if she was gonna take care of the callouses she said 'oh il try my best but you have to keep coming back for it to get better she worked all of 2 minutes on each foot. I could have done all that at home. And painted my nails faster. To top it off the sun was blaring straight on to me and burning my skin. I get sun poisoining very easily and blisters if I expose it to the sun too long. At this point I am extremely frustrated and want to leave . I refused to wait for my nails to dry and this is when they all start paying attention to me. I said I would like to pay and leave I'm done. They asked if I wanted to comeback to get my nails fixed and I denied. They gave me 10% off but it doesn't make up.for the horrible experience and inconvenience. I went there to feel pampered and looked after instead left in tears because I couldn't bring myself to say anything. I understand this was probably a one time incident and the sun didn't help/wasn't the girls fault. But again. Don't hire I experienced people. Take care of your customers

I thoroughly enjoyed my manicure by Janet! She was personable and listened to what I wanted and Janet gave me a perfect manicure.The facility is spotless and minimalistic in design which is refreshing.The owner was very friendly and accommodating.I will definitely be back and this will be my go-to for mani/pedis and laser treatment.

I had the pleasure of being at their grand opening and Charm did my nails! I could confidently say that my nails have NEVER been taken care of to this degree! I felt like I was the only person in the room and not rushed like I do at other nail salons.I would definitely come back and recommend that all my friends come here too! First time at this spa and overall am very happy with my experience. One of my favourite spa experiences to date. The spa is very clean, the service was wonderful and I’m very happy with my shellac manicure and pedicure. It was a relaxing experience and I will be back!
