We needed a new washer & dryer, dishwasher and stove so talked to Jesse. He was GREAT! He took time to answer, in detail, every question and concern we had.Removing the old appliances and bringing up the new ones was a huge challenge and very difficult because we go up 3 steps have an L turn, then go up 10 more.We had a chair lift installed 2 years ago which meant a new banister had to put on as well, making it impossible to use a dolly so everything had to be carried up those stairs.Bryan and Tom, Jesse’s delivery crew, were super careful. There was not a single scratch on anything, not even the walls.We would deal with Jesse and his crew without hesitation for future needs. Thanks guys!Karl & Libby Lervik.

I receintly purchased a washing machine from SRS Furniture. I called on a Friday morning and it was not only delivered the next day but they price matched Home Depot! The customer service I received from Jesse was spectacular. There was a small issue with the delivery but they went above & beyond what I would ever expect rectify the issue. They prove to be competitive to the big box stores yet still hold the service of small town customer service. I highly recommend them and I will certainly be a returning customer! Top notch!!
