Jason is incredible. Always knowledgeable and friendly and I am confident that he is always smiling under that mask! Jason is courteous and strives to ensure all our needs are met. He goes above and beyond. All (future) CSR’s should job shadow Jason to learn from him and to follow his lead. CINTAS as a company and the customers of CINTAS are in good hands with Jason! He is truly a dedicated employee.

Months of asking them to pick up mats and NOT leave new ones as we no longer need them. A temp with no signing authority signed us up. She is long gone and we are stuck receiving mats we don't need! Cintas refuses to stop. This is insane!
