I had an interview with e4c HR , and didn't get any feedback from the HR.I think thats quite unprofessional .

I have been referred from the director of homeward trust to the e4c program,however, I have been experiencing difficulties. My mental illness has been hindering any progress or success in attaining sustainable stable housing. I have several workers involved on my file and have vocalized my problem(s). My intake worker was Dorothy as well and i have issues keeping in touch with her or contacting her.

It's next to impossible to get any one to answer the phone , answering machines are always full and even when i am able to leave a message no one ever returns my call. My housing worker dropped off the face of the earth and I have left several messages with e4c for the last month and a half trying to get some answers. And nothing. These ppl get yr hopes up then forget about you like u don't matter.

Early head start program is very good for kids .love itAshley and connie both are very nice and help full

I’ve had 4 appointments with someone named Dorothy but every time I have called she has not picked up, I would have loved to leave a voice mail but her mailbox was constantly full so that was not an option.

Maureen is extremely rude , Dorothy won't return a call to save her life. When you have two people like that in charge of housing and finding it usually doesn't work out well for the person seeking services. Gave me the run around , wasted my time.

I’m not sure where to start but as a property owner I would never ever again deal with this company and by extension homeward trustIt’s been a nightmare having a few of their tenants in my properties. From fires that have still not been dealt with properly to other damages where they are looking at depreciating your assets.Which I have never heard of before.So beware before you rent to this company As you may not know what you’re in for

I worked at one of the youth residential houses for youth experiencing mental health and addiction concerns. Great starter place to gain social service employment and experience. Was one of my first employment experiences within Edmonton coming from large scale social service atmosphere of Toronto. Pay is decent for those who are recent graduates/attempting to gain Canadian work experience, however, I do not think its worth it if you are an experienced social service provider. Overall decent/average experience with fellow co-workers , clients and organization. Pay and benefits could be better! Management tends to be disorganized. Had some issues regarding safety and bio-hazardous material when working with self-harming clients at the house. Should have better organizational policies/protocols in place which are informed through best practices rather than bureaucracy and lack of funding!
