By far the worst experience I’ve had at this atrocious location. Kuldeep was working along with another in the back. Me and my friend had a timed break so we paid and ordered ahead. It was to be ready by 3:45pm. I arrived at the restaurant at 3:56 pm, we waited for someone ahead of us to order get $96 worth of food before we were even spoken to, and when we told her we waited for the one, and then she completely disregarded the other one so that added another 5 minutes onto our wait time, at this point our break was over and money was wasted we got out of the store at nearly 20 after 4… not impressed, and she took no responsibility to even apologize or acknowledge everything.

Finally restaurants are getting back to normal. Picked up a bucket of chicken last Friday with salad and gravy. Everything was fresh and hot, tasted great not greasy. Service was very good as well. Thank you to the KFC Team.

Went to Delhi location at 4:45pm on a Tuesday. Doors were locked and store was closed. The store hour's stated on google open till 9pm, the sign on door said 7pm.. Either way it was closed at 4:45pm.

Went there at 6:30pm, hours are 11pm -9pm… They declined myself and other customers to make Chicken and they were closing in fifteen minutes 6:45pm….No Reason Given other than they were closing… Customers were inside eating at this time!

Showed up at 730pm. Says theyre open till 9pm online and then says 8 on a peice of paper in the window. Open signs on but the doors locked. 5mins later someone comes out and turns the open sign off in front of us. Ill be surprised if this place is still open in a couple months.

We haven't been to a KFC for few years. When did the chicken legs become bigger than the other pieces? Better yet since when did a 18pc not fill the bucket? KFC in general will not have my business again. $48 for this, bs.

Never open when they're supposed to. Have wasted gas and time multiple times going there just to find out the doors are locked and no one working. They need to close down permanently!

Dont order online unless you verify the stores open. Ordered online the took our money but when we went to pick it up . They put a sign saying every monday they are closed...Went a week later and closed Wednesday and are only basically open 11-7 the other days

Walked in, ordered a 10 piece chicken and it took over 1/2 hour. There was no communication in how long it was going to be, just left customers wondering what was going on. That was just me. I seen people waiting longer even after pre ordering on line. The doors were locked at 6:30pm and the store was open till 8pm. That was the Simcoe store. Don't even get me started on the Delhi, Ontario store that is never open.
