Worse Customer Service/Warranty Service ever!Exactly one month after receiving the Bella Tea kettle, I contacted Sensio and said a part is defective. Was told to send a video, pics, and details. No response for 2 weeks. When I called back, it seems the info was never looked at, but the rep did take a look at the video and pics and SAID THE UNIT IS DEFECTIVE - someone would call me the next day with info on wither a new part or total replacement would be sent out. No one did. Three days later I called back, and was told the info was never uploaded". After chasing them with 4 phone calls
