We had unparalleled customer service . 7 years after we had our shutters installed , we needed to replace a couple of magnet covers, and contacted first class shutters since we bought and installed the shutters with them . First class shutters delivered those small magnet replacements at no cost, which we really appreciated. The shutters themselves are still in amazing condition.
