Great staff, super friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and well organized. I rented here a few years back, so when I needed storage space again this facility was the place I came back to immediately.

We have been using this self-storage company for many, many years and the quality of service has always been first class. The manager, Jeff, is personable, kind, helpful and very professional. His staff are professional and helpful as well. The storage site is always well maintained, clean, and organized. We have never had a problem. We would highly recommend this company if you require a secure, clean site to store your valuables of either a personal or business nature.

Have been a client of Bluebird for several years now and am very happy with the friendly service i get from these guys. Jeff and Ryan are in a class of their own when it comes to service and are always ready to help out in any way they can. From dropping out your package to your unit or to schedule some time for your meetings in the provided boardroom. I often request time to meet with clients in the boardroom they have available at no charge and it's always very clean. Thanks guys, your doing a great job.

This is my first time using Bluebird's service, and I am highly impressed by their service. Their online customer service has been very responsive from the day I reserved a space on their website. Their offline service quality matches up to their online service. When I went to book my space in person, I was walked through the process thoroughly and they made sure I understand everything clearly before I signed the contract.Their pricing is the most reasonable amongst the ones I came across. They have a 10% student discount which makes it very easy and convenient for students to use their storage. 10/10 would avail again!

I've been using Bluebird self storage for a few years now. The customer service is always top notch! Being able to access our locker whenever we need is so convenient! We can pull up to the garage doors, type in our access code, and enter the building securely! I updated my payment method, but forgot which method I updated it to, so my payment was late and they were so wonderful in getting everything straightened out for me! We also didn't lock our unit properly, and they made us away almost instantly and said they could secure it for us if we couldn't get to them in the next day or so. I highly recommend Bluebird Self Storage! I feel safe leaving my belongings there!

They patiently answered all my questions and provided me with all the necessary information regarding pricing, unit sizes, and availability.Upon visiting their facility, I found it to be clean, well-maintained, and secure. The staff members were professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They guided me through the paperwork and explained the terms and conditions of the rental agreement in detail.

Bluebird has been excellent to us on our recent trip to Halifax, as we had to keep our things temporarily while exploring nearby attractions. Jeff was so kind and professional and made us feel safe about this decision and we'll definitely be back!!
