Absolutely No Customer Service what so ever. Dropped their toilet at the front of my house and refused to move it! This issue stems from the top as a promised call from the owner never happened.

We were not at all happy with our rental. 3 of the 4 washrooms were not fully functional and even though I called for service no one ever showed. When I tried to follow up the owner never even bothered to contact me.

The staff Do NOT shave customer service. They lure you in at the beginning and then make you feel like the bad person after. They do not appreciate their customers and you have to threaten to stop payment to get any attention. As for the owner, shame on him for not being available to the customers. They may be cheap but so is their customer service!! So not rent from them at all.

Absolute thieves! Not only the worst customer service we have ever received but the most deceitful people we have ever dealt with in all our years in business. We asked the company (Cynthia) to take their equipment off of our property as the cost was exorbitant and not needed for the upcoming events we had booked on property. We were then assured, both on the telephone and by a visit from Cynthia in person to our establishment that we would not be charged for the next month. They then went ahead and charged our credit card anyway, without a signed contract or approval on our behalf. When I called then to ask why they would exhibit such extremely unprofessional behavior and reverse this charge on our card, they informed me there is nothing we can do for you" and hung up on me. I would rate them as zero if this was an option. I would use extreme caution in dealing with this business as they have no regard for their customers

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! This company has the worst customer service and unacceptable way of dealing with people. If they can't hire staff that is capable of doing the job, they should close their doors. We have been waiting for weeks to have the portable toilets cleaned at our site. It has become a very unsanitary situation and we are forced to accept it because other companies in the area don't have any units available.

Excellent service and customer service. This is over Covid, people are either out of business or extremely busy. Our toilets were serviced and we’ll remain customers as long as we need portable toilets.It’s amazing the amount of negative comments. People forget that everything is a longer wait through Covid. Everything. But when it’s inconvenient for them it’s an issue yet I’m sure whatever they do, they’re facing the same issues. Get over yourselves you miserable people. This family owned company has been around for 50+ years for a reason.

Terrible service, asked for a toilet and the lady on the phone made it sound like I was asking for a million dollars. Then puts me on hold thinking I’m going to wait. Incredible how rude people are when you’re trying to give them money..

The reviews, DO NOT LIE!!Unacceptable behavior, TAMMY you should consider other job. you are very unprofessional and with anger issues.I called 5+ times, and got hung up on. she even said WE DONT WANT YOUR BUSINESS ANYWAYS.the service we got was phenomenal however this lady on the phone is mind blowing rude.she even put me on hold hoping id hang up.she refused to hand the phone to somebody else when i said we are not working out together. i didnt want trouble. i wanted to defuse the situation by asking a different associate.OWNERS OR MANAGERS please address the situation, please reach out to me. i have the recorded phone conversation..

Worst service and customer relationship ever!They haven't showed up for cleaning and service for a month despite several contacts and still charging my credit card! Worse part is they hangup on me instead of any explanation or excuse!Never! Never trust these people again!
