I have just called this store to inquire about commercial shower repair parts, not to accommodating. He said outright no! and changed his answer to okay when I told him that I have called Zurn Canadian Rep and had adviced me to call this store to arrange for an order to be placed. Kept insisting that I have to have an account to do that but never mentioned or even educate me that I can register. Just another lazy worker who want to earn money doing easy job of saying no" to customers. BAD DUDE."
