I have bought a few pairs of sunglasses through this store in person. One of their employees, Aiden, really helped me find what i was looking for, he had great knowledge of all their carried brands and catalogues so it didn't take long to find the perfect fit , function and style for me. If you happen to run into either Aiden or Ali, they are both top notch people and salesman and wont steer you wrong or try sell you anything that doesn't honestly suit you.

I was in the neighbourhood, I previously stopped by 2 other stores at metro town didn't like the service there. This young fellow that helped me is great! Friendly and professional. I know what I wanted from the moment I walked into the store. He went above and beyond to help find what additional sun glasses I was looking for but they were discontinued. I've bought from Sun glass hut before so I know the quality and what they stand behind it. My Rayband pair lasted me ten yrs and during that time I had it repaired 2x that was how much I loved them.Would recommend.

Ali was amazing at the Coquitlam Center location. Took the time to help me find the right fit. I even ended up leaving with a brand I didn’t originally consider. Excellent customer service!

I had some the best customer service there I have seen for a while from Ayden. Even when I did my exchange for a different pair of sunglasses glasses, he made sure i could with no issue. I can't wait to get another pair of sunglasses from there

Great customer service (thank you Natalie!).Bought a pair of sunglasses almost 2 years ago from a different Hut, lost a screw and came to this one for a replacement. Didn't have any on hand, but Natalie pointed me steps away to Lenscrafters (same co., had no idea) and my glasses were as good as new within minutes.

I had a great experience at this location! My Versace sunglasses had warped from being inside my car’s sunglasses compartment. I brought my beloved sunglasses in today and the employees there did a wonderful job fixing them to fit perfectly again. They were very patient, really took their time, and even had enriching conversations with us! And, it’s a Sunday so they were also handling other customers at the same time.10/10 customer service!

Purchased a pair of Maui Jim’s at Metrotown SunglassHut store in May 2022. Today I visited the store in Coquitlam Center as the glasses required adjustment. Was greeted by 2 lovely young ladies. Natalie was so courteous and accommodating! Excellent customer service even though I did not purchase at that location ! I cannot be happier with my purchase and experience !!!

Just bought a pair of sunglasses with the help of Ali.Great customer service and great guy, he was very patient and took his time to explain each sunglass into detail. I would 100% come back to this place to get a new pair.
