They are exceptional in every way possible - designing, services, pricing. I went to Randor based on the reviews I read. I am so glad I decided to go here for my custom engagement ring. Randy and Alpa went above and beyond to help me create my dream ring. They made sure to work within my budget without having to compromise on the design. They were very patient throughout the process as I had no idea about the specifications about the diamond/gold material I wanted and explained everything in such detail. Alpa kept in touch throughout the designing process and made sure each detail was exactly how I wanted it to be. I couldn't be happier with my ring. Will be coming here for all my future jewelry purchases and will refer all my friends and family as well.

Randy and his team were exceptional every step of the way as I purchased an engagement ring. He was very meticulous, and spent a considerable amount of time with me, looking through many diamonds to ensure the perfect diamond was found, which met both the specs I was looking for and within the budget I was hoping for. A few things you will certainly appreciate:- Selection: Randy can find you any diamond you want with any specs imaginable.- Expertise: Randy is highly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything, which gave me comfort in the purchase. And his expertise translated into fantastic suggestions of what diamond to choose, what to stay away from, etc.- Dedication: Randy and his team worked extremely hard and long hours during a very busy season to ensure the ring was ready on time and up to his clients' standards.I can't say enough good things about Randor Jewellery and would highly highly recommend this place!

We traveled from Niagara Falls to work with Randy, based on reading positive reviews online. Having previously visited many jewelry stores we had an idea of the engagement ring style we wanted, but otherwise were unknowledgeable about gold, diamonds and settings. Randy was very patient, explaining different options to us and had multiple rings styles for us to try on. The style we chose was more lovely than what we had originally had in mind and the final ring is gorgeous. We also had our wedding bands made at the same time in the identical gold. We enjoyed working with Randy & are thrilled with our rings!

We looked at 14 different places including online stores (e.g. Brilliant Earth, etc) before going with Randor. I couldn't be happier, especially as a first time buyer.1. Service - superior. Walked me through everything I needed to know about picking a diamond and where money should be spent vs not. He was patient as we looked at a million different variations until I was happy. Randy even opened the store up a few hours early to fit my schedule and stayed open till 9pm so I can come pick it up.2. Price - unbeatable. Compared to DTC companies online even they can't compare. Randy has access to the largest selection of diamonds.3. Quality - perfect. I couldn't be happier with the ring.TLDR - Randor really made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. He genuinely added to the experience and made us feel like VIPs.

I wanted to upgrade my wife's engagement ring to diamond so I searched online and scoured the reddit reviews, and came across Randor. When I called, I spoke to Karoline and was immediately impressed by her responsiveness via email. We coordinated exclusively through email and before going forward, I visited the location to see the quality of work. I was impressed by the selection they had and went through with the design of my wife's wedding ring. The price is very reasonable and the service is excellent. It was an overwhelming experience at first but Randy and Karoline made it smooth and easy with their responsiveness and clear communication. Despite their busy schedules, they always made time to reply to my emails within 24hrs. I highly recommend them and will go back for my wedding band upgrade. Thank you Karoline and Randy for making this year's Valentine's Day extra special!

So my now fiance and I worked with Randy to create this custom engagement ring. Trying to explain twists and turns and wrapping around this way and crossing under that way was definitely a challenge on my end but Randy worked with us the entire time and replied to every email in an impressively timely manner even at the crazy hours of the evening. The ring is better than I would've believed possible and two weeks in I'm still doing little happy dances everytime I look at it. It is the singularly the most beautiful ring I've ever seen and I couldn't be happier with it.We'll be returning to get a custom wedding band done for me and possibly for my fiance once we hit that part of the planning process.Randy is a complete pleasure to work with, a total professional and you will not regret going to him for your piece.Randy, thank you so much!

Randor and his team are absolutely top notch! Randor is highly knowledgeable, very professional and completely honest. He helped me find an excellent diamond for an engagement ring at a very good price, thoroughly explaining to me along the way why some diamonds are worth the money vs some are not. He is not pushy at all and he definitely cared for my needs and respected my budget. My fiancée loves the ring, and everyone who sees the ring are highly impressed with it and guesses the diamond to be bigger than it actually is because of its stunning quality and bright shine. A couple of my trusted people who know the details of my purchase were also amazed by the high quality of the diamond relative to its price. Randor also took the time to explain to me how the diamond should be cared for and the need for regular maintenance to ensure that the ring maintains its integrity. 11 out of 10 - in Randor I trust! I have already recommended Randor and his team to a couple of my friends who are looking for a trustworthy jeweller and would do the same to anybody!
