WORST EXPERIENCE. SHODDY CUSTOMER SERVICE.These guys are THIEFS. I rent a car from them and gave them a FULL TANK back and even then these guys charged me for extra 60$.These guys are LOOTING people. The car wasn't maintained well at all. Worst caravan ever.HORRENDOUS experience.The staff is INEFFABLY RUDE especially BRUCE AND be prepared to get HUNG UP ON YOU.DON'T EVER RENT A CAR FROM THEM.I give them a negative 10 on everything.Bruce replies the same to every negative comment.Moreover, there is no surity that this company gives out the car on full coz the needle just shows F" which according to Bruce isn't full and when I gave him back the car it was FULL coz the gas fuel nozzel didn't go beyond that point. Bruce charged me for extra 13 litres. He did exactly the same to Kathan who reviewed the same as he was also charged extra money.Bruce doesn't know what customer service means and I reiterate he is a very RUDE GUY. This company is a SCAM.DON'T RENT FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY."

Had to rent a car for a couple of days as mine was in shop. Only went to work and back once. On my way home eastbound on the 401 a stone hit the windshield. You would think a rental company would cover that as it's not my fault. But no. That's just bad customer service if you ask me. If I had busted the windshield" like they said

Rented a minivan for the beach. Great service, very friendly, clean car, good rates. We forgot an item and was returned to us. Thanks guys. Our go-to rental spot in oshawa from now on.

BEST PRICE AND THE BEST CARS. I've used these guys several times when mines in the shop because they have the best price in town. They also have all new, clean, sporty little cars with every available option. I've also been thinking to ask about buying one they're done with it. Great service, they've come picked me up and dropped me home when necessary!

I rented 12 passengers van from here. Easy key pick up and very good price and I highly recommend this place for your future rentals.

I have been renting cars at this location for years, and they never disappoint. Bruce and Lena are always very accommodating, and do their best to help me out on short notice. Excellent service and prices, and open 7 days a week which is a huge plus!! I always highly recommend them :)

My experience with this company was beyond my expectations, would give 10 stars if I could. My young son was in an accident with their rental SUV, and even through all of that the owner and employees were helpful in next steps, and kind towards me and my son, given the situation that had just taken place. They had made another customer angry, due to the rental SUV not being able to be rented, and having to cancel their reservation. The owner is the most understanding and reasonable business owner, I have dealt with. Even with these circumstances, the owner Bruce still offered me and my son a ride home, when we came to drop off the SUV. Value car and truck rental, made what should have been a very stressful situation for me, and turned it into a situation that made me feel more at ease. They showed me empathy and compassion regardless of the difficulty I caused their small privately owned business. I highly recommend this company to anyone that, not only wants value in their rentals, but a company that holds true to their own values regardless of the situation. It is our actions during these difficult times that show our true character. And Value car and Truck Rental showed integrity, empathy, and compassion towards me and my son, during this stressful situation for everyone. This is not a value you will find dealing with the corporate companies. Highly recommend this company.
