Thought my battery was bad, they tested it and concluded that there were no need for a new battery. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. No attempt to upsell. Great.

Purchased a new battery recently. The gentleman Josh (if I'm not mistaken) helped me out. Very down-to-earth, genuine and honest guy. Got a good deal on the car battery as well...not sure what they did with the old one tho...? Other employee working there was very customer service oriented and friendly over the phone...didn't catch his name.Thanks fellas!

I bought 2 batteries for my boat two years ago that stopped holding a charge. I took them back to the Burnaby store on Saturday and they offered a very fair solution that I was happy with. The guy who helped me was great. I would certainly recommend this business.

The other day a wonderful, honest employee tested my battery after I'd confidently assured him I needed a new battery (I know nothing about vehicle batteries other than how to remove battery corrosion) and discovered I did NOT need a new battery. He could have easily changed out my battery and charged accordingly. Instead he saved me mobey (much needed nowadays) and cheerfully sprayed something onto the battery connectors and sent me on my way with a smile. Edmonds Battery is a 100% recommended biz. Honest! Nice people.

We have been using Edmonds battery in Burnaby for the past few years and I cannot say enough great things about them! Have bought our camper batteries and my car battery from them and they truly have the best customer service ! If you need a battery refurbished or new this is the absolute best place to go!
